The space
Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across several unique and cozy areas:
Upper Floor:
Master bedroom with a King-sized bed, private bathroom, and 55-inch HD TV
Second bedroom with two Queen-sized bunk beds (sleeps 4)
Second full bathroom, similar layout and finish to the master suite
Main Floor:
Living room with a genuine Italian leather Queen-sized sofa bed — stylish and comfortable for 2 guests
Modern kitchen equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker — everything you need for a hearty home-cooked meal
Dining area with stunning mountain views through the Juliet balcony
Convenient half bathroom (no shower)
Loft Area:
Semi-private space above the dining area, accessed by a climbing-style stair
Includes a full-sized bed — a fun and cozy nook for adventurous guests
Please note: The loft has low ceilings; guests need to bend down to enter and move around.
Guest access
• Parking: Two designated tandem-style parking spots (one behind the other) are available on the ground level (height limit: 1.85m).
• Entrance: After parking, guests will walk up several flights of stairs to reach the entrance on the third floor.
• Private Areas: Guests have full access to the entire home, including living spaces, bedrooms, kitchen, and loft.
• Shared Amenities: Community hot tub available — a perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Important Notes:
Noise: Our home is near a busy highway and train tracks, with frequent train passages. If you’re sensitive to noise, please contact us before booking to ensure it’s a good fit.
Low Ceilings in the Loft: The loft has low ceilings. Please watch your head when accessing and moving around this space.
Stairs: The home spans two levels. Guests must climb several flights of stairs from the parking area to the entrance on the third floor. If stairs are a concern, please reach out before booking.

Our cozy loft is thoughtfully designed for a memorable experience. It is safe when used properly, but children must be supervised while climbing.
We want everyone to enjoy the space safely, so please exercise caution. By booking, you acknowledge responsibility for your group’s safety during your stay.
For security purposes, a motion-activated camera is installed on the front exterior wall. It does not record continuously, and due to motion sensitivity, not all activity may be captured. Any footage, if recorded, is stored for up to 3 days or until guest checkout. No indoor cameras.
