Quaint Village Cottage

The White Cottage is one of two Sister Cottages placed side by side.The White Cottage is tucked behind the local Post Office in the Village of Hartwick, the true home of Dreams Park. Tastefully renovated with beautiful, simple furnishings and quality linens, The White Cottage is a cozy setting only 10 minutes from Dreams Park and the Village of Cooperstown. This 3 bedroom cottage has a Master Bedroom (queen size bed) with a half bath for convenience, second bedroom with a queen Jenny Lind bed and a third bedroom with 2 classic metal framed twin beds. Large, grassy area out front for children to run around and a hooded porch to sit and sip your morning coffee.

My family had a wonderful stay at this property! It was a cute, clean, newly remodeled house and a quick drive to Cooperstown Dreams park. Our host was helpful and communicative. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect place to stay!!

We were in town for Cooperstown and we played at all star village. Easy commute. Host was wonderful and communicative. Will definitely book again when we come back with our younger son.

Great place to stay!

We were visiting due to our son playing at Cooperstown Dreamspark. It was super close to the park and easy to get to. The property was well kept, clean, and perfect for what we needed. The property manager was super helpful and welcoming! We would definitely stay at the cozy little cottage again!

Beautiful, well-appointed, clean, and safe. Exactly as described, beautifully renovated and tastefully decorated with high quality linens and towels. Even cuter in person!! Very quiet neighbourhood in a sleepy corner of Hartwick just around the corner from Dreams and about an 18 minute drive from All Stars. I loved my peaceful stay and Antonietta was an excellent communicator with a super easy check in and check out process. 5 stars all around!

So cute!

The cottage was the perfect size for our family. It was decorated so beautifully, and well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch and watching the bunnies run through the grass. The area was very quiet, but close to all Cooperstown has to offer. The host was lovely and very responsive. We would love to come back again.

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous! It's an adorable cottage, recently remodeled, I felt like we had walked into a Southern Living magazine. Great location, barely 15 minutes to CDP. We were there for baseball, stayed with another set of parents, and the cottage's twin bed BR was perfect for the few nights the boys stayed with us. Antonietta was most gracious, very responsive. I've already recommended this cottage (along with the other cottage right next door, and her other properties) to a team that will be playing at CDP next year. Would give 10 stars if I could!
