Turn off the pave road and follow the path down to the water. Come for work or play and still enjoy your stay. Swim, kayak, enjoy the view or just recharge, it’s up to you.

This is a typically quiet place to enjoy nature. Its only a few feet from the water, far from the road, and has trees around and behind it.
During summer, a landing down the street plays music on the weekends, on holidays people pop fireworks and boat, sometimes the neighbors fish or hangout outside.

Being this close to nature can be a calming, enjoyable experience. However, being this close to nature also means you will see nature, this includes: deer, birds, and bugs. We have quarterly pest control inside and outside, however you may see palmetto bugs, mosquitos, fireants, and other pests during your stay.

Extended Stay

James has been amazing! This place turned into an extended stay for one of our guys at work and he loved it! It met all our expectations. James was always available, responded to messages quickly, and just went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Great guy and great place!

Great place with great host

Rented this get away on the river for an employee and he has been so pleased with the location, the accomodations, and the owner. What started as a 2 week stay turned into an extended stay and James has been so helpful and willing to work with us. He has really gone above and beyond ensuring we were taken care of. He is nearby and always available, he responds so quickly to calls/texts. I would recommend James to anyone looking a nice place to stay in the area!

Not ready for renters

Easy to find and access was good with the owners help as the door was hard to get open. The property had a lot of junk laying all over the place. Fishing was available but the dock was a nightmare and very dangerous with most of the boards loose or coming up and or missing and broken. The trailer was not cleaned as there was dead bugs and dirt on the floor and area carpets. If he paid anyone he got ripped off. There was one pan for cooking and we would not have been able to eat there if my wife had not brought our own pots and pans. There was an electrical outlet next to the kitchen sink that was loose and falling out of the wall and could not be used by us and was extremely dangerous. The Tv and Wifi were great. The place has great potential but I feel we might have been the first customers to use it and its just not ready especially for 5 people as advertised. The place was really quiet. But it was not the usual VRBO standards.
