"I had booked a room that was supposed to have a king bed and a twin bed. When we got to our room, it only had a king bed. I called the front desk and was told "sorry there are no other rooms, the hotel is full" Then I asked them to bring a cot in for us. Basically they brought us a glorified dog ..."

"No AC on when I entered the room. Took about an hour to cool off. There is a closet, but no where to hang anything. Airport shuttle didn't show up, Had to pay for Uber and pay $180.00 for Clear ID or I would have missed my flight. Lots of other hotels close to the airport. Would try any of those ..."

"There were some shady people staying there. Since our room was right by the stairs on the second floor we heard people cursing, yelling, and loudly talking at night.
