Horrible , la habitación huele a marihuana

El personal supo que mi habitación tenía una bolsa en el detector de humo y no hizo nada al respecto. Las habitaciones sucias , mobiliario en pésimo estado .

When I arrived at the property, I was greeted by a sign on the door which said, "This property in unfit for human habitation and has been condemned. Hotel is closed!" There was a phone number I called but never received a call back. I prepaid on Expedia and these people took my money and ran.

The unique thing about this hotel is that it’s been closed since Feb. 4, 2019. I was booked by Expedia weeks before its closure and did not receive any prior notification about the situation from both parties so I was standing right in front of this hotel like an idiot hoping for someone to open the door for me to no avail. What a terrible experience!!

We had to end up evacuating and leaving because of a broken water pipe. We did not receive our towels wash clothes as we ask and our room was not clean Sunday afternoon beds was still unmade when we got back. Your receptionist was not people friendly.

Unclean, smelled of marijuana, broken wall, torn curtains, no breakfast as advertised. Understaffed. Unprofessional. Elevator got stuck.

I didn't like anything and left early. The room had peeling wallpaper with mold in bathroom, TV didn't work as well as phone. We asked about the issues but front desk person was clueless. They also charged me for room that was booked and paid for using Expedia. They then said they were going to refund me money but instead charged my card another 52$ saying we were smoking in room which was incorrect as we smoked outside building or in our car. This hotel is absolute JOKE! Do not stay here go anywhere else or be prepared to be ripped off. I'm now disputing these charges on CC.

Right for the price

Workers were excellent, friendly and attentive. However, the hotel physical conditions were not the best. The price was fair and in a good area, closed to the venue (CT Convention Center).

Not a SAFE PLACE to STAY!

The entire parking lot when arriving was completely dark. Lots of trash and broken glass littered the parking lot and around the building. Made me feel unsafe to park and walk into the hotel. The hallways smell of smoke and weed. There are a lot of "weekly stay guests". Checked out room, then checked out of this hotel. Beware! not the safest place to stay while in East Hartford. Read the previous reviews, they are all correct! Wish I believed what was written by others, would have saved myself, finding out the hard way. Drive on by this Hotel!

Horrible, carpet was wet around a/c mold on the baseboard. Rusty bracket holding a/c. Phone didnt work. Front desk hung up on me because i didnt want to wait even longer for the maintenance guy. Finally gave me another room that also had a wet floor. Then the next one had people in it. Unbelievable!

Hallways smelled like cigarettes and marijuana - we were on a non smoking floor. The bathroom had black mold all over, and window sill above the air conditioning unit had black mold. I left there coughing and my husband and son are now sick. SPEND A FEW MORE BUCKS AND GO SOMEWHERE DECENT.

Worst hotel experience of my life. Spiders on the wall, filthy towels, broken television, phone, and no alarm clock. Carpet smelled like piss, room smelled like a frat house, freezing cold room, no continental breakfast or coffee. Dangerous atmosphere with loud neighbors. Horrible experience. The property should be condemned. Spoke to front desk, and they shrugged their shoulders.

Believe the reviews on this one! I have never stayed in a hotel this bad, dirty and fealty. Everything was wrong about it, carpets, bed, tv, even the SMOKE DETECTOR was broken that to my knowledge it is ilegal. For real, I’m attaching pictures. Place smelled funky all over the way. The worst part?? The bathroom, it was a mess. It didn’t have the correct ventilation so it was covered in mold. After showering all the water condensated because of the bad designand it was raining mold all over!! Ridiculous, the complete bathroom was wet, toilet, floor, towels, everything! It was a disgusting mess looking at drops of mold falling over my friends and me. So unhealthy. It is a cheap hotel but even with that, I won’t recommend it at all. Sometimes the reviews are exaggerated but look at all other people reviews and believe every single word. The manager/owner doesn’t care at all, they are just waiting this hotel to destroy itself, no maintenance at all anywhere,

Very disappointed. Old hotel that billed itself as being much nicer than it is. The room was clean, but everything from the elevator to the towels were very worn. Also, even though hotel was basically empty, when I tried to check in at 2:30 they wouldn't let me without me paying them an extra $30. Said I had to wait 30 minutes. The girl at the counter even said, "our manager has told us he doesn't care if it's 5 minutes before 3, charge them $30." I have never had that happen in my life. I would never stay here again under any condition.

The hotel didn’t have any remotes to tv, blankets on beds and the walls had stains. There was no phone and inadequate HVAC. The worst night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Worst part was the night attendance refusing to help with blankets stating the staff was not there. Also the night attendant argued and hung up on the hotels.com representative. This all resulted in a refund and a credit, but this hotel should not be offered at hotels.com.

The corridors were freezing cold and so was the bathroom. It was hard to adjust the temperature of the room - it was either too cold or too hot. The drapes were hard to open and closed and the sheers and shower curtain were torn. Clearly this hotel has seen better days. But the non-smoking room was truly smoke free and it was quiet.
