The space
This historic 1100sqft home that was built in 1911 is two stories.


On the first floor is the entry with the dedicated work space. On the desk, you'll find two complimentary post cards and an ink pen, a guest guide book for more home information, and a QR code plaque to share your experience and get other ideas from past guests! In the kitchen you'll have most of everything needed to cook and prepare meals. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of local Pennsylvania wine. Don't forget to write your name, date and where you're from on the cork and drop it in the cork box! Complimentary box of my favorite jambalaya made in my home state of Louisiana. Plus there are some board games and cards for nights that you're staying in! The living room is so cozy with a plush sofa and throw blankets perfect for snuggling! 55" tv with most of the streaming apps. If I'm missing your favorite, let me know! Plus some books. Feel free to swap one of mine for one of yours!


On the second floor are the two bedrooms, laundry room and bathroom. The primary bedroom has a queen mattress with silk sheets, bay window, chair, tv and a closet.

The bathroom has a shower, two sinks, fluffy towels, black wash cloths, toiletry items in case your forgot yours and a blow dryer.
The laundry room has detergent sheets and a tide pen.
There is also a writing desk in the bay window in the hallway upstairs.

There is free street parking, just watch for permitted zones and times.

House Rules:
You must be at least 25 years of age to rent this property and we reserve the right to request government ID for verification

Smoking is not permitted inside. Illegal drugs are not allowed.

Shoes must be removed and left in the foyer downstairs to protect the numerous area rugs throughout the home and original hardwood floors.

Guests must be respectful of the home and neighborhood. No loud noise or music after 10 PM.

The person who made the booking is responsible for the actions of all other guests in the home and may be charged for all damages.

All guests of the home must be declared at booking. Bringing unauthorized people in the home is a liability from an insurance standpoint and may result in the immediate termination of the rental without any compensation.

Drinking alcohol is permitted only for guests that are 21 and over.

Do not leave food in the refrigerator upon check-out.

A security system is installed at this property. Please set the alarm and lock the door when you arrive and depart.

Pets are not allowed. If you are bringing a Service Animal, you must follow Airbnb’s Service Animal policy, including declaring if the animal is providing assistance for a disability and/or what job or task is the animal completing. Per Airbnb policy, Service Animals must be trained and are not allowed to be left unattended in the home. Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are NOT considered Support Animals in the state of PA. If you have an ESA, please reach out to the host prior to booking to see if we would be willing to accommodate as a special request. Paperwork would have to be included in the request as well as a fee.

Guests should leave the home how they found it. If home requires more than three hours to clean after a guest, the guests will be charged additional cleaning fees.

Check-Out:

Dishes should be placed in the dishwasher and started prior to leaving

Bath towels, bath mats, and washcloths should be collected, placed in the washer, and started prior to leaving.

All items in the house, including furniture, must be placed back to their original location.

Trash must be placed outside in the trash can provided.

Please make sure the door is locked and the alarm is set.

Guests will have access to the whole home minus the basement. A door code and alarm code will be provided the day of check in.
Other things to note
The property allows for free on street parking Monday-Friday 10am-3pm and 5pm-8am. Friday after 5 pm until Monday at 8 am are also free.
