  • This quaint suite is situated just off of Highway 290, and is centrally located to many Hill Country attractions like wineries, music venues, and activities in Fredericksburg, Kerrville, and Junction. 25 minutes to Main Street Fredericksburg; 30 minutes to Louise Hays Park Kerrville; 45 minutes to S. LLano State Park Junction. We welcome you to our home full of family history and fun memories. It is set up like a hotel suite with a small refrigerator, coffee pot, and microwave in the living room. There is no one else on the property, but we are close. It is considered a suite because you will not have access to the large full kitchen.

Amazing stay! The host is very friendly and attentive. We loved that there were instructions for everything you may need and recommendations for your stay as well as much needed toiletries (we forgot toothpaste!) in case you forgot something. Overall a wonderful stay, we will definitely book again.

Needed a place close to the ranch we were hunting. Just needed a place to shower and sleep since another group had already booked the lodge. Worked out great. The price was great, clean, with a big shower and comfortable beds.

Quiet place. Enjoyed the sunroom. We weren’t aware there wasn’t a full kitchen. I did take a peek through the front window to look at the locked kitchen. What is this large kitchen used for when guests aren’t there? Just curious!!! I’d love to have a setup like that!!!
