The cleanliness of the hotel, the ambiance of the lobby bar, restaurant service , etc., were all a lower standard than previous stays. I travelled with my senior parents who I had told how great the hotel was . My parents did not have hot water in their room for the first twenty four hours of their stay ( after traveling ). ...
