"Room was clean. Never saw any staff. Power was out due to storm for most of our stay. Generator power was used and was sufficient. Could not use tv until final day. Did speak on phone to staff but was not able to resolve. This could have been due to storm. No one ever resupplied our room after first night with coffee, creamer etc. We did go into the common room for more creamer ourselves."

"Beautiful room! Enjoyed the fireplace immensely. So very comfortable and clean. My only complaint is the bathroom lacked shelves ( storage ). The front desk staff are very friendly. A very nice breakfast area. Pool and hot tub big and clean. Just an overall wonderful experience."
