"We had such an amazing time at Cabins on Maple River.
The cabin and property are absolutely stunning. The balcony over looking the river was so relaxing and peaceful.
We did have a few very minor issues like the front bedroom bathroom sink was very clogged up but in a half hour i had it pkungered out and draining fine.
The lights in the upstairs hallway were burned out so i bought some new ones and took care of that. Someone staying before us unpaired the remote for the back bedroom took a while...

"This was not our first stay here, nor will it be our last. My only complaint is that our room, which was handicapped accessible) was a bit dark, particularly in the closet area. A bit more lighting, even a small lamp, would have helped."

"Missed a TV in our room but the lounge was across the hall and convenient - just not in my jammies.
The heat in our room was way out of whack! 75 degrees at one point and had to open both windows with winter conditions. Heard another couple had same experience.
Hot tub was nice - bit awkward to enter, but enjoyed.
Would have loved to experience the fireplace but who needed MORE heat!
All in all it was a great opportunity to experience The Stafford for our anniversary."

"Cuando en una situación como la pandemic actual tienes un mensaje de obligatorio mascarilla y te encuentras todos los días clientes y trabajadores sin mascarilla o con ella mal puesta en el interior del hotel, falta de limpieza (en un hotel pet friendly deberían ser más exigentes), y el porta rollo de papel higiénico roto, etc. No, no inspira confianza. A pesar de que Charlevoix como pueblo nos gustó mucho nos fuimos anticipadamente. "
