"Absolutely wonderful bed and breakfast. Room was incredibly clean and well maintained. Comfortable bed and pillows. Shower was large and the rain shower head was very nice. Fresh strawberry lemonade and cookies on the deck every day was a nice touch. Short walk to the board walk and to Asbury shopping district. Perfect location. Great charm. Friendly and attentive staff. Will be staying here again!"

"Watson’s would be lovely for a long term stay. The apartments are well decorated and well kept. The only complaint we had was at check in in the evening the receptionist was a bit difficult, but otherwise everything was excellent and we would stay here again. The cost of the room is well worth the environment. Three things to keep in mind; 1. The pool is in doors which we didn’t mind. 2. "Easy check in. Room was clean but out dated. If you are looking for a modern hotel this place is not for you. If you are looking for an antique efficiency then this is the place. Was nice to see an older hotel that was full of beach bound tourist. Short walk to beach & boardwalk."

"Outdated, webs and dust in the room. Didn't look like bedding was changed. We slept on top of the blanket. Cigarette holes in blanket. Duck tape on the wall to cover up a whole. The water in the bathroom had a strong smell of lead or iron."

"It's a no frills budget inn. We stayed one night. For the money, probably should have done AC hotel but we wanted to be close to OC. People have different expectations but be assured this is a budget inn."
