  • Escape to Ebb Tide Beach Cottage on Harbor Island! The lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath home is just steps from the beach. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the front deck, take a stroll down to the Resort pool and, most importantly, relax and take in the ocean air! There is plenty to do for families looking to book their perfect beach vacation.





    SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: (Sleeps 7)

    MAIN LEVEL-

    * King size master bedroom with full bath

    * Queen size bedroom

    * Full/ Twin bunk bed room

    * (1) Full shared bath

    SECOND LEVEL-

    * King private suite with full bath





    AMENITIES:

    * Flat screen Smart TV's (living room TV offers cable as well)

    * Fully equipped Kitchen with all necessary cooking utensils (pans,flatware,dinnerware)

    * High speed internet access with WiFi

    * Linens (sheets, towels etc.)

    * Kitchen appliances

    The King master bedroom has a Smart TV and large full bath. The Queen bedroom has a Smart TV, and our favorite part, access to the front porch. The Full/Twin bunk bed room has a Smart TV and shares a full bath with the Queen bedroom. On the second level you'll find a private King suit with a private full bath and small deck.



    The living and kitchen areas feature an open floor plan with big windows so you won't miss the ocean views when cooking a meal or watching TV if your favorite game is on. There is an additional dining area with plenty of room to seat the whole family. The Carolina room is a great spot to enjoy bird watching or any of the wildlife here on Harbor Island. In addition, there is a poker table for family members who enjoy some competition! You also have access to the front deck from the Carolina room.



    The front deck offers a swing bench, outdoor dine seating, and wonderful views of the beach. Many guests enjoy their morning coffee or after dinner drinks here, we think you will too! The third floor deck has seating as well for anyone looking to soak in the stunning ocean views.

This was our second year in a row staying here with our family. We absolutely love this house and have made great memories here. The house is perfectly located near the beach access and also accommodates us perfectly. Hoping to continue to book here in the future!

Wonderful Stay

This house was perfect for our large family to come and spend the week together! It was beautiful and the beds were so comfy! The view was amazing and we loved the little round table in what we called the “game room.” The outdoor water hose busted during our stay and the host was quick to replace with a new one. This was our first time staying at Harbor Island, but definitely won’t be our last!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay this year. This is our second family vacation on the island and this was by far the better location. The house was perfect for us! Only downside was no access to a golf cart but that wasn’t the end of the world! Will definitely try booking again in the future!!

Great vacation July 2023

We enjoyed our stay at 2 Ebb Tide on Harbor Island. Located across the street from the beach we enjoyed wonderful views. The evening breeze was nice has we had our dinners outside as the sun went down. We used the pass to Hunting Island and appreciated that opportunity. The management team was very responsive to questions before and during our visit.

Perfect family vacation spot!

Spent a week with the family at this beautiful home with everything you need, and plenty of room to spread out. Perfect place for a family vacation! Quick 2 minute walk to a quiet uncrowded beach. Fishing was great, and the community pool was a bonus. Kids loved digging up crabs in the tide pools. Spent most evenings swinging on the porch and watching the stars! Best vacation ever! We will be back!

Overall Positive Experience

We had a great week at Harbor Island, with a few small constructive criticisms: additional communication in advance regarding rules of the house, etc. would have been welcome (details were available in the binder on the counter that were not communicated in advance), strongly recommend the cleaning crew turn the air on in certain spaces to ensure a comfortable arrival/first night, and also to inform customers in advance if certain AC units are not functioning (the Florida room was unavailable during our stay due to the AC not working, and this space was one of the reasons I booked this home). Location was great, would definitely inform that beach chairs, etc. are available for use so that people know they don't have to bring their own, and updated pictures would be good since we didn't realize another home has been built immediately behind the property ( not reflected in current images). Property management company was helpful and very responsive during our stay, which was much appreciated! One star removed for the AC in the florida room not working and nothing done to remedy during our stay, or to discount the total billing to reflect this.

Relaxing vacation May, 2023

We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was very clean and well kept. The swing was really nice. The property manager (Barry) was very helpful and always available via phone. It is just a short walk to the beach and the beach wasn't crowded at all, some days it was almost like having you're own private beach. The only negatives things that I could say is that it didn't come with the use of a golf cart and as a guest I wasn't comfortable with the "Ring" cameras on the outside, although if I was the owner I would want them. All in all we really enjoyed staying at this rental house and I would highly recommend it. We plan to stay there again next year. Can't wait!!
