"Very clean, well organized and thoughtful for travelers (ice was already waiting for us in the freezer and bottled water in the fridge, everything you would need in the kitchen, fluffy comfy towels, tons of blankets, etc), literally minutes from everything we wanted to see and do in Brookings. You must eat at Fat Irish Pub while you visit!Staying here reminded me of visiting my Grandparents, and I mean that as a high compliment. A simple, clean and well-loved home that I felt at ease in. "It was clean and organized, well thought out and put together exactly like a vrbo should be. There were cookies and dog supplies set out for us and a great fenced in back yard for pets. The grill worked and came with two full propane tanks. The neighborhood was quiet and great for walking dogs. It was very close to the redwoods and the river. Gotta watch out for the low hanging light in living room and the bathroom shower curtain can leak, but those are small issues. Overall great little place...
