The apartment location is very convenient with lots of eateries and coffee shops. The staff were helpful and friendly. Communication was easy as staff spoke both English and Vietnamese fluently.

Enter through a garage to take elevator to third floor where you check in. When you first arrive there are signs stating this but this easily can be missed. Rooms are nice set up with a partition for privacy, kitchen is fully stocked with utensils

A large apartment for a great price. Balcony overlooking a busy street was perfect for the Vietnam experience. Would definitely stay again!

女3人で宿泊しました,歩いてすぐの所にマッサージ店や朝早くから夜遅くまで空いてるおしゃれなカフェやコンビニもあって充実した時間を過ごせました。grobアプリでタクシーを手配するのもホテル前に車を停めて貰えて安心です。部屋は清潔で洗濯乾燥機とキッチンがあって、大変快適でした。キッチンには必要な食器や調理器具もあり、部屋でフルーツを食べるのに困ることはありませんでした。特によかったのは、洗濯乾燥機！洗剤もありました。これのお陰で服やタオルが翌日も使え、大変便利でした。ハロン湾やチャンアン渓谷に行く方は着替えが必要だけど、持っていく服が減らせますよ。部屋のベランダは外干し用の屋内タイプで物干もありましたが，雨で湿気が多い日は乾きませんでし。街歩きも自然を楽しむツアーも入れて、またのんびり出かけたいと思いました。もちろん、ココにまた泊まりたいです。

**1-Star Review** The interiors look nice, but that's where the positives end. The property does not live up to its name and creates an impression that is far from the actual experience. It certainly does not feel like a luxury stay. One concern we had was that housekeeping entered the room while we were away and replaced towels and water bottles without informing us. While this may have been intended as a service, it would have been appreciated if proper communication had been provided beforehand. The facilities were also frustrating. The electric stove was unreliable and frequently malfunctioned, making it inconvenient to use. Customer service was mixed. One lady at the reception was supportive and genuinely tried to help with the facilities. Unfortunately, the checkout experience completely overshadowed that positive interaction. The staff member handling checkout was rude, used inappropriate language, and showed very little professionalism or courtesy. Overall, the stay was not worth the experience it left behind. The unnecessary exchange of words during checkout and the lack of respect shown to guests made for a very disappointing end to the trip. I would not recommend this property.

房間乾淨，寬敞，四個人入住也很舒適，有洗衣機，有小廚房，適合待很久的人，房間就在路邊，會有點吵，但神奇的是12點過後就安靜許多，枕頭太低，支撐不夠。小小缺點。

Kitchen was adequate rather than excellent or great, with basics in place. As this was listed as "apartment", there was minimal staff presence, including for check-in, with contact by phone and WhatsApp. However, daily cleaning and fresh supplies was reliable and very good

Really enjoyed my stay here. Very big room and the service from Linh and her team is exceptional. Well organised check in system and Linh is very kind to help with any issues. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is charming, clean, and very well-equipped. The bed was comfortable, and having a washing machine and dryer was very convenient. The neighborhood is lovely, with cafes and restaurants just around the corner.

Good area & loved the patio poverlooking the street. Also quite enjoyed the Sauna lights in the shower. They are currently doing renovations in the building, so its been very loud daily from around 8:30-5ish, including weekends apperently, would have been nice to have the heads up about this before booking. Rooms are new but definitely could have been cleaner. Building has securty so it was safe and was able to whatsapp any issues/questions. Laundry was nice to have in the room but took a lifetime to dry clothes.

Overall our stay was good. The apartment is clean and well equipped and the staff were helpful and responsive. Unfortunately a couple of things detracted from our stay, the bed was very firm (not to our personal preference) and there is construction going on next door which was very loud from ~8am-6pm each day. It seems the construction is far from complete. If you got a room on the other side of the building it might be okay.

室内は新しくリノベーションしており、清潔でしたが、洗濯機の脱水と乾燥がうまく作動せず、不便だった。ベランダへのドアのカギを閉めるときは、力いっぱい押し下げないと閉まりませんでした。フロントの方はチェックインの時以外はいなく、チェックアウト時にもいませんでした。

I was only informed that only cash payment is allowed on the day of check in. Was then told if want to pay via card there is extra 10% charge. Property also had on going renovation going on which start as early as 8am with drillings and hacking. Quite a bad experience although the reception was able to communicate with English
