+ 2 double size beds, wardrobe, TV which can connect Netflix;
+ Working table;
+ Private bathroom;
+ Kitchen area,
+ Basic cooking ware: Fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, pot and pan. Due to hygiene reasons, no oil & spices provided.

Guests go through private entrance door & reach the rooms by elevator.
Other things to note
Other things to note:

- When you check in, we would need a copy of your passport/ID to declare your stay with the local authority.

- FREE Laundry - Self Served - Liquid Detergent supplied

- Please kindly TURN OFF all of the electric devices unused when you leave home (even during your stay) to avoid overuse of electricity & to save the energy, then protect the environment.

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not stock cooking spices & cooking oil.

- You will be given:
+ Passcode to unlock the entrance door
+ Room key & electricity card (to use air conditioner & water heating)
+ Welcome drink of bottled water upon arrival. The bottles are not restocked during the stay.
+ 1 bath towel per guest daily.

- Extra toilet paper, tissue etc. are available on request, feel free to let us know.

- Trash collection is done every day. Please leave the tightened trash bag outside of the room & we will collect them between 10am – 1pm daily.
- We also have big trash bin at the ground floor to put the trash bag.

- Room cleaning is done every other day.
- Please let us know if you don’t want the cleaner to enter the room during the stay or have other specific cleaning request.
