Sauna & Jacuzzi: 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (reservation required 45 minutes in advance)
Swimming Pool: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

CLEANING SERVICE

The room rate does not include daily housekeeping.

For stays of 7 nights or longer, one complimentary cleaning service is provided per week. Please let us know your preferred time in advance so we can arrange it for you.

Additional cleaning can be arranged upon request for an extra fee of USD 20 per service.

HOUSE RULES

No smoking inside the apartment. Please use the designated outdoor smoking area on the ground floor.
No parties or events.
No illegal substances or prohibited items.
Please avoid cooking or consuming strong-smelling food inside the apartment. A deep-cleaning fee of USD 30–100 may apply if additional cleaning is required.
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially at night.
Lost access card fee: USD 30 per card.
Parking inside the building is subject to fees and regulations set by the Building Management.
Check-in / Check-out

Check-in: From 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.

Check-out: Before 11:00 AM. Late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed in advance.
