We had good customer service and the warm breakfast options was a welcoming perk. I was disappointed that we had to pay $10 per night for parking. "

"The inn is very old and this is reflected in the condition of the hallways in particular. One has to like an old-fashioned place, which we do as we have stayed there many times when passing through Saratoga Springs. The in-house restaurant is very convenient. The breakfast buffet this time was not as good as we have experienced in the past. "
