The Willow - Hanmer Springs Holiday Home

Welcome to The Willow! A warm, comfortable, fuss-free home in the centre of Hanmer Springs. This is an ideal spot 5 minutes walk to the shops and just a 10-minute walk to the thermal pools.

In winter, the house is a cosy retreat after a day of adventure with a wood-burning fire, as well as other heating options. Curtains or blinds on all the windows enhance the cosy feel. Sit back and enjoy your favourite TV programme or movie with a hot drink or glass of wine.
In summer, relax in the garden. The north-facing outdoor deck with outdoor seating and a BBQ is a great place to lap up the sun or enjoy a classic Kiwi BBQ al fresco watching the sunset over the mountains.
The main cottage is a two-bedroom, one-bathroom home with a queen bed and 2 single beds.

Hidden away with its own little deck is the 'Summerhouse'. Fitted with a queen-size bed, two comfy armchairs and an outdoor table and chairs for a sneaky evening drink amongst the birdsong. Watch Netflix on your portable device or enjoy breakfast al fresco style. With a fan and heater, it is the perfect retreat at any time of year.

Bathroom amenities are in the main house, just a few steps away along the path with security lights showing the way at night.

When you're not enjoying some quality time relaxing at the bach, head out to see everything Hanmer Springs has to offer. Leave the car at home, head down the road, just a leisurely stroll from the heart of Hanmer Springs village. The house is 2 minutes from the start of the Conical Hill walk and a short walk to shops. Visit the hot pools, restaurants, cafes and shopping. Feel like a day trip or an adventure? Walk beautiful mountain tracks, or kick it up a notch with jet-boating, fishing and bungy jumping!

There is so much to see and do, The Willow is ready to host your holiday!
Rubber mats have been placed on the decking area at this property however special care is still required by all guests during the winter months as the decks may be slippery in the frosts.
