Spectacular Views From Beachfront Condo

Enjoy stunning unobstructed ocean views from this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom beachfront condominium. The unit features a spacious living area with a large flatscreen television, a full-size sleeper sofa, a dining area, and full kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bedroom includes a plush queen size bed, built-in drawers, and a large flat screen television. The private balcony, accessible from the living area, offers sweeping views of the beach. Well above the hustle and bustle of the strip, you can enjoy your morning coffee while watching the surf, dine al-fresco, or simply relax with a book.

Parking, cable TV, Wifi, laundry facilities, towels and linens are included.

The unit is located on the third floor of a five-story complex with elevator access. The building was built in 2015. Grocery stores, restaurants, music-venues, mini-golf, and waterslides are all within walking distance. Golf, movie theaters, water sports, fishing, whale watching tours, and anything else you would want are nearby. The condominium is 10 miles from Exeter, 15 miles from downtown Portsmouth, and 55 miles from Logon Airport.

We had another wonderful vacation at this property. The view is great even in an afternoon rainstorm, with a double rainbow as a reward! All points in southern Maine and the north shore of Massachusetts are an easy drive. We enjoyed the free entertainment at the Seashell and the fireworks, which can be seen from the deck. Thank you Chris for sharing your place. We are already looking forward to next year.

This was the perfect vacation getaway. Chris has thought of everything. Unit was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The view was spectacular! Bed was very comfortable. Had an issue with the parking lot clicker that Chris dealt with quickly. We were so happy with everything that the day we got back home, we booked again for next year.

Great location

Your property is very nice and comfortable so much so that we are thinking of reserving the place next year. Recommend replacing the frying skillets as the Teflon coating was coming off. We purchased our own rather than using those provided. The property was well supplied with everything else that we needed. The condo was nicely decorated.

Relaxing Beachfront Paridise

Our beachfront condo Was everything I hoped it would be and more. The condo was very clean and quiet in the ocean view outstanding. Our October stay was a last-minute decision and it being the off-season allowed us freedom to come and go very easily. I will definitely be back!

Great location, gated parking and very clean!

Location of the property was perfect, and the gated parking was very convenient. We were able to leave all the beach gear in the car and grabbed it on our way to the beach each day. The balcony was nice, with a great view of the beach. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids slept on the pullout couch, we brought sleeping bags and fitted full sheet with use for them which work perfect. Would recommend this condo for couples and small families.

Amazing ocean views

Beach literally on the opposite side of the road. Balcony was spacious and private from other units. Fireworks from the beach are right in front of you, great viewing. Everything you need except food is included and great entertainment on the boardwalk. Owners checked in and offered help with anything we needed. Great stay and awesome vacation spot.

"Work from home" week

An uncomplicated vacation spot

Chris was a great host and put our mind to rest regarding the cleaning process during this pandemic. We did some grocery shopping and parked the car for the week. These units not only have a spectacular view and incredible amenities, like WiFi, air conditioning, washer dryer and full size appliances they also have a secured entry. If you don’t want to leave the unit, the deck gets full sun in the morning and plenty of things to look at. This is the second year our family has stayed at this location and we have already booked again for next year.
