This rental is actually two complete apartments connected by in inside stairway. Stay with the family yet still have privacy.

Short walk to the beach! Close to the rocks for crab hunting. Walking distance to everything Hampton has to offer!

Large unit has 5 bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms and two baths. Large enough to stretch out and have the whole family comfortable. Multigenerational groups will appreciate the set up. Lower level consists of 3 bedrooms, one kitchen and one bath. Bedroom 1, king, bedroom 2 twin bunk beds, bedroom 3, two twins. Early risers would be happy here where the morning sun shines into the living room. First floor also has a pull out full couch along with one standard couch.

Upstairs has two bedrooms, bedroom 1 has a full bed, bedroom 2 has twin beds, kitchen, living room and bath. There is also a sofa that turns into a full size bed. Those that like to sleep in would be away from the bustle of downstairs.

This property boasts a fenced in yard to keep the little ones safe. In addition to a gas grill there are picnic tables with umbrellas.

Internet is included. The two TVs have Roku and Hulu+Live streaming.

Owners will be cleaning the property themselves to insure the unit is immaculate when you arrive

There are two guaranteed parking spots for this unit.

Bedcovers and pillows provided. Bring your own linen, towels, paper products and personal supplies.

June 27 2026 through August 29 2026 7night stay Saturday to Saturday only.

Mary and Dennis are great hosts, easy access to them if needed. The house was great and the location was on the quiet end of the beach which we liked. The house fit all 11 of us and we didn’t feel cramped. Liked it so much we already booked it for next year. See you in July 2026

Consistently Great Family Place to Stay at Hampton

We always seem to find something new to enjoy about this house as our family changes and grows! Mary is so quick and responsive and kind and the place is always so welcoming when we come! My husband's family has been going to Hampton for almost a 100 years now (something like five generations). We really appreciate having a place like this to help us build new and keep old traditions!

Great place!

We had a great time on our trip. We stayed at the house for a full week in June. The house was clean and cozy. The walk to the beach was super short, about 2 blocks. The owners were staying in the basement floor unit for the end of our week and they were very nice and kept to themselves. The backyard is fenced in which is amazing for this area, however, it had an opening to go out to the driveway so the older kids were able to enjoy the backyard without being supervised the whole time but my 3-year-old wasn't able to go outside without an adult. We would definitely consider booking at this house again. We had a great time.

Our stay on Q St. was amazing. We had 11 guys on a golf trip and the house accommodated us perfectly. The backyard was key! Perfect for grilling and Cornhole. Everything was walking distance from the house. Mary was a pleasure to deal with along the way. We are looking forward to making this an annual trip!

Girls Weekend

Had a wonder fall weekend here. House was clean and fit our party of 14 perfectly. Has a nice back yard we were able to enjoy due to nice weather. Absolutely perfect location! beach a few minute walk away. Restaurants and bars are all very close walking distance away. Hosts responded to my emails quickly and they even let us get in a bit early. Only down side is parking .with a house that sleeps that many we needed more then 2 spots and at this time of year not many options as you can’t park on street till after October 15th and most lots are closed. Also no bedding was provided which is ok but to bring enough sheets and towels for that many was a bit much. Overall though wonderful stay and would stay again in a minute!

Large house convenient to everything!

House was large enough to fit 11 adults comfortably, and had all the amenities we needed. Less than 5 mins to walk to the beach, and also a short walk to the downtown area. Plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops within a 10 min walk from the property. Excellent location!

Family vacation

The property was great, the location was excellent. Just far away from all the walking and car traffic. Mary couldn't of been more accommodating. The house was clean and had everything we seem to need. I would definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was very clean and was all that was advertised. The back yard area is very unusual for this beach town and was well kept. We had a small problem that was essentially unavoidable and the owner could not have anticipated. The owners responded as quickly as possible. The bottom line we have already reserved this place for next year so I would say that we were very happy.

Good spot

Stayed with 7 other 40+ adults and ran the half marathon in the morning that goes right by the house. Perfect spot for that! One bedroom didn't have a door, and the neighboring houses/apartments were VERY close. Might pose a challenge if you had young kids that needed to be asleep early. Wasn't a problem for us.

Seafood Fest Ladies Weekend

Very happy with the rental property. :-) Fm but, we find it frustrating to have to deal with the Hampton area rentals that do not provide bed sheets, bath towels and washclothes, dish cloth, toilet tissue and paper towels, hand and dish soap. No other area we've stayed in throughout the USA or International travel expects guest to pack those essential items. I feel we should at least be able to add that to the rental cost and have it provided for us.

Convenient location

The property was perfect for what we planned. We had family and extended family over various nights of the week. The yard was wonderful for the children and having barbecues. The location was perfect to get out too busy areas quickly but Retreat back to quiet when we were ready. The owners were very responsive and any were taken care of immediately. We had a great time!

Great house, great location!!!!

This house is a great value with being close to the beach, located at a super convenient location and one of the best layouts! The separate floors with two kitchens make it perfect for grandparents and all of their grandchildren to celebrate the summer. The hosts are awesome and super responsive! Thank you so much for continuing with our family tradition of making memories at Hampton Beach (for five generations now !!!)

Making Lasting Memories!

I definitely recommend this property. It was perfect for our large family! The house and property was so clean! The owners were so quick at getting back to us when we had questions. Having the fenced in back yard was so great with the grandbabies. We were able to eat outside for dinner and I loved that! Having the two floors was perfect. We were able to get quiet time if needed. Especially nap time. So close to the beach and the boardwalk and we took full advantage of both! Thank you for helping us make lasting memories! Highly recommend!
