This apartment also splits the distance between two popular summer beach clubs. Both North Beach and Hampton Beach are just several minutes away!

The property needs updating as most of the furniture is marked with water stains along with the ceiling. At 4a ceiling started leaking above single bed that I was sleeping. Owner was unresponsive after first message and then simply responded he would look into it after the second. No other communication.

This was such a peaceful place. There is a deck overlooking the marsh to enjoy, the bed is so comfy, and the place was very clean. Travis made it so easy to check-in and if I am any where near there I will stay again.

Summer reset!

Location was perfect! Easy access to the busy areas/strip, as well as the perfect distance to sneak away from the chaos. Waking up on the marsh in the morning is beautiful and you can catch the fireworks at night from the deck. The host supplied more than enough to be comfortable! Can't wait to come back!

Most beautiful rental w/ EVERYTHING included

I can't say enough about this rental! We travel and stay everywhere but this was one of best stays because everything was PERFECT. It was one of the cleaniest places we have ever stayed with every single thing you might need already there setup for our use during the stay. We wanted for nothing because the owners had a huge assortment of all items you usually need to bring or purchase for vacation. They offered much more than all 5 star hotels! Even had an unopened bottle of flavorful wine waiting in the fridge. Owners were very attentive to us from the 1st message we sent asking if our dates were open and did everything to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect... Best rental apartments in Hampton Beach after 25 summers of looking. Thank you for making our stay amazing with your one of a kind service ; )
