Sunny cottage in quiet North Beach neighborhood, just about a 8-10 minute walk to the beach!
Recently renovated with 1 bedroom, 1 loft bed, full bathroom with jetted tub, spacious kitchen with farmhouse table, cozy living room with large couch and fireplace, and washer/dryer.
Enjoy our grassy fenced-in backyard with large deck, fire pit, the hot tub and pool - (seasonal ONLY)! Includes towels. Private parking for 2+ cars. Quick walk or bike to the beach!
Can sleep 4 with 1 queen bed, 1 queen mattress in loft and large couch.
No smoking

Single story, single family home on large 6,000+ sq foot, grassy, fenced in private lot 1/2 mile to beautifully pristine North Beach. The yard is not shared and is all yours for relaxing.
• Bedroom 1 - Queen bed, ceiling fan
• Loft - Queen mattress and window for feeling that ocean breeze
Plenty of room to move around and sleep but NOT tall enough to STAND UP
• Kitchen - Full kitchen with electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to cook a meal. Pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses.
• Dining - Farmhouse table that seats 6. Bar Stools at kitchen counter for two.
• Bathroom - Full bathroom with waterfall shower-head and jetted tub.
• Living Room - Large couch, fireplace, washer/dryer, TV with apps included. Wi-Fi
included with rental!
• Outside/Yard - Large deck with propane Weber Grill. Dining set for 6 with umbrella which steps down onto the patio. Patio has fire pit. Just off the patio is the cozy hot tub. At the other end of the yard is a 15' round frame pool perfect for floating around on the rafts or taking a quick dip to cool off!
• Parking - Driveway fits up to 4 cars.
You'll have full access to the entire house, fenced in yard, pool, hot tub, and parking.

Closet in main bedroom will be locked.

Our neighborhood is quiet, safe and very friendly. You will see dog walkers and kids biking around the circle. At the end of the street turn left to see the ocean and make your way to North Beach - a tranquil, family-friendly beach. If you want more entertainment, head south to the main beach for more restaurants, shops, concerts, arcades, etc. (about 10 minutes by bike if you don't want to pay to park there!)
Local restaurants (Las Olas Taqueria, The Galley Hatch) and stores (CVS, Rite Aid) are just a 5 minute drive away. Hannaford is 7 minutes. Hampton is 1 hour north of Boston, 20 minutes south of Portsmouth and 35 minutes east of Manchester.
Uber and cabs are available in Hampton. The area is perfect for getting around by walking and biking. North beach and the main beach have paid parking.

We loved our stay here! The house was cozy and clean. The backyard was beautiful and we really enjoyed sitting on the porch. Joe was very responsive to us and helped us out with any issues we had, including flexibility with an early check in. The property is located in a wonderful area, with only a very short, easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

We wanted a place near beach for my 2 kids, mom & dog. Kids were excited about pool! Upon arrival, we found a dirty deck, table & grill that looks like it’s never been cleaned. Brush tucked where propane tank is that I wouldn’t touch nor use on surface going to cook on. Patio/fire pit on top of ragged outdoor rug. Pool covered/held down w bungee cords. Cover had leaves/dirt on it. pool was dirty w black/yellow in creases along rim. Rusty ladder next to broken outdoor shower & bags of leaves/waste. Out of sanitation/safety concerns, my kids weren’t swimming. (going off pics, I thought I knew what I was walking into) I was expecting a clean yard & a usable pool. 2 car driveway & parking for 4? No driveway, had to park on lawn. We fit 2. Loft bedroom ladder (in front of bathroom door). I slept in loft too because I was worried about kids climbing down. Me being a mom, nothing to do w/ why we left. Cleaning supplies/clutter stuffed in cabinets/drawers. Toaster trays used/dirty. Bathroom had used mops/buckets shoved in corner & a clog in the sink that made it difficult to wash hands/teeth. We stayed a cpl nights because kids are little & didn’t have back up plan. Left after 3 nts, we planned 6. Told host we were leaving & I was not happy about how it was handled. Should have contacted VRBO day 1. I may have been refunded. Shame on me for thinking the host would have a little compassion. Should have trusted my gut & left right away. Expensive lesson learned.

This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!

Perfect stay for our first vacation as a family

I recently had a baby in February and wanted to take him, my four year old, and husband to the beach (and also bring our elderly, but very lovable, dog). This place was perfect for us. It is an excellent location, so we could quickly make it to the beach, or go home quickly for nap time if needed (in a very quiet neighborhood which was excellent for my young kids). The pool and hot tub were perfect for the days we wanted to stay in, along with the fenced in yard so our dog could join us outside. This was our first vacation as a complete family and it was perfect. Check in and check out was a breeze and Sandra was available if we had any questions. I hope we can book this place again next summer!

Loved the fence in yard!! My dog enjoyed running free. We were close to north beach and Hampton. We even got to see the sand castles ,exciting. Shopping and restaurants all close. Enjoyed relaxing on the nice deck.

Sandra was a great host and IMMEDIATELY responded to ally our inquiries. The fenced in yard was great for the dog! Plenty of places to enjoy morning coffee outside. It was an easy walk to beach! We even found a bagel shop!

Excellent accommodations

This property was perfect for us. My husband and I, my daughter and her friend stayed on this property with our three dogs. The girls slept in the loft and went up there when they wanted privacy. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our two small dogs and one medium sized dog. The pool, hot tub, patio, fire pit and deck were used almost daily. The property is located a short drive to multiple beaches and stores. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Would definitely recommend this property and will stay again!
