The property is fixed to a beautiful ocean tide, and places you just 1/4 mile from the Hampton Seawall, where you can take advantage of sunbathing and low-tide walks/jogs along the shoreline.

For the price and location this was a great find. The third level was lovely for looking out at the view. Fit our needs well for the two sets of couples there. Kitchen was excellent, but otherwise in need of a little bit of upgrading. However, it was also good to go to the simple and what I would call nostalgic type of living in Northampton Travis was excellent and very helpful and very friendly. I think with a little care outside and a little keep on the stairs and bathroom it would be superb.

Great stay in North Hampton. Cute upstairs apartment with comfortable beds, kitchen supplies including coffee, and a welcome bottle of wine. A 5 minute walk to the seawall grants you beach access at lower tides. It was fantastic to be outside of the chaos of the Hampton Beach area but close enough to access it as wanted. We enjoyed viewing the egrets in the marsh adjacent to the property in the morning and evening. Rye beach and Ordinare state park were easily accessed by car. We would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Excellent apartment

The apartment was perfect for our family. Very clean and tidy. The rooms were a great size and the kitchen was so cute. The proximity to the beach with children was amazing. When I had a question, Travis answered right away! Thank you so much! Will definitely recommend to friends!

Great location

The apartment was on the top floor the pictures are accurate but the description is vague. The outside of the property needs to be addressed. The other houses in the neighborhood are beautiful. Great neighborhood for walking. The public beach is a 2 min car ride or you can walk to the end of the block to the sea wall and set up there. In the afternoon is low tide. Great restaurants in the town of Hampton. Would come back.
