Enjoy our four bedroom, two bathroom house that is located on a private road just a few steps from a private beach on Shinnecock Bay. The air conditioned house is well equipped with barbecue, three-season room and an outdoor shower. A private and well landscaped yard is perfect for a friendly game of whiffle ball, bocce or horseshoes. A short drive to ocean beaches, famed golf courses, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Very well equipped ranch suitable for families. Situated on Shinnecock Bay. Multiple yard games and garage full of things to do. Kitchen fully equipped. Huge backyard. Walk to bay. Close to everything.

Great place for chillaxing

The house and location was really comfortable for my family and we sorely needed a summer getaway that was easy going. The bay was sweet and the back yard was outstanding. Thanks for everything. It was truly ideal for everyone.

Lovely, quiet house

My family loved staying at Joe’s house - it is the coziest of the many rental houses my family has stayed at over the years. The house is well stocked (kitchen had everything we needed, games, books, etc). The street is very quiet and we enjoyed walking along the private beach. We hated to leave and hope to make it back soon!

Amazing stay in a charming home

Joe provided us with a great home on a private street with bay access. The bay has a little beach where we swam every morning, and a 10 min drive / 20 min bike ride away there is Ponquogue beach. At the end of ponquogue beach is a free parking area for cars for those who don’t have season beach passes. The house was great for a family, 4 bedrooms and 2 bath, a huge backyard with privacy and tons of greenery! Two different outdoor tables to eat at, a shed with various beach necessities (umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards etc.) The kitchen was fully stocked with equipment, and house towels

Great space, great amenities, great location

Staying on Ludlow Lane ended up being a great experience. I gave all five stars except for the location only because on the listing it appears the house is located on Tiana on the other side of the main street. Cornhole boards, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs and a volleyball net were all bonuses we found in the garage that were a nice surprise.

We had an excellent stay at this Hampton Bays residence.

My family and I enjoyed our stay immensely at this Hampton Bays residence. It is a family and children friendly house with a beautiful garden, walking distance to a small beach and close to town and other beaches. A beautiful garden, well equipped and well tended.

Great Stay in Hampton Bays

We had a wonderful vacation in part due to the location and comfort of this home. We had plenty of space and loved walking to the bay every morning and evening. We look forward to coming back next year!

Great deal in the Hamptons!

Four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, fully stocked and near everything. You can take a short walk to the bay and even though it is a very narrow beach, there are benches to sit on for taking in the view. The house is very comfortable and actually makes you feel at home as soon as you enter it. Well kept grounds and extremely relaxing get away!
