Great beach vacation

We have now booked this house two separate times and we would be willing to go back a third. The house is fully equipped with anything you may need, had great parking, and was just a quick drive to Ponquogue beach. Norton was an excellent host and was always easily accessible. The newly added pool and backyard space was awesome, and our dog, Otis, loved that the yard was fenced in. Our favorite restaurants in the area were Cowfish and Edgewater, and the Station was a good place to grab local happy hour. Overall a great place for a quiet and relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful Hampton bays home with beach access

We really enjoyed our week at this lovely Hampton Bays home. Clean and well organized, this house offers three bedrooms, beautiful kitchen and family room, nice size yard and patio/ porch. The house is located steps away from the bay with private beach access, plus for a very short drive you can be at Pontquogue beach and enjoy the ocean (absolutely gorgeous beach by the way!). Nearby restaurants and nightlife were also available. Host communicated with me the whole trip and was easily accessible. It’s a great house with nice location and lots of amenities. We hope to return!

Excellent choice and location.

Big shout out to Norton & Tsehay Joerg for hosting our stay. As we had three families traveling from out of state to attend our granddaughters wedding (total of 8 people) this location hit all of the boxes it was bright and clean with a open concept which gave us plenty of room to move about, stores were located near by for any needs that we had. Beautiful Home in ideal location

Any review of this property has to begin with crediting Norton, who was an absolutely fantastic host. He provided us with instructions for everything in advance so that there were no surprises, which as a detail-oriented person, I appreciated very much, and communication was very fast and effective. The house was exactly what we were looking for for our family vacation with two young children. It is absolutely beautiful, clean, and fully equipped with everything you may need. Everything inside the house and out is of the highest quality and well thought out to make your stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. The location is ideal within Hampton Bays as well, as the private bay beach is a minute walk and Ponquogue Beach a quick 3 minute drive. All of the restaurants and stores in town are less than 10 minutes away, making everything very accessible. The pool is also a great amenity to enjoy with the automatic pool cover providing safety and peace of mind, especially with kids. Smaller details such as the double outdoor shower with separate foot faucets only add to the functionality of the home.In summary, we had a wonderful stay and will hopefully vacation here again in the future.

Excellent All-Around Property

I have to start by recognizing Norton for the excellent hosting. The property was very clean and the listing is exactly accurate. The house sits on a private cul-de-sac with access to a private beach that is shared with the other homes on the street. It is not a hangout beach and at high tide, it is mostly underwater, but it’s beautiful and a nice, walkable beach at other times. Great for our strolls with our morning coffee. The property is about one mile from ocean beaches that are very nice, and I can easily see how awesome a summer stay at this property would be. There are excellent waterfront restaurants within a three minute drive by the Shinnecock fishing village, and we enjoyed breakfast sandwiches from The Hamlet - a five minute walk up the street. This house was beautifully designed - perfect for family to gather. The great room and open kitchen and dining spaces are wonderful and their is ample seating at the kitchen counter or dining table. High-end appliances and finishes make it a chefs kitchen (I did leave jealous). The master suite is gigantic… the bathrooms all very nicely designed. All-in-all the house and area are fabulous and convenient to Southampton village, and only a few minutes to Sunrise Highway. One unexpected surprise was the lovely Westhampton village - having family from Long Island no one ever mentioned it, but it’s a beautiful town with great restaurants and we were able to enjoy their Fall Festival which was fun as well. I recommend a scenic drive along Dune Rd in route as well. Thank you Nelson for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful house in Hampton Bays Long Island

We recently stayed at this property in August 2022. This was our first time vacationing in the Hamptons. We are a family of 4 with two sons ages 16 and 21. The house was recently renovated, and the furnishings, design, beds, HVAC all were perfect! The house is on a cul de sac with a pathway to one of the many beautiful bays surrounding Hampton Bays. Its also less than two miles from a spectacular ocean beach, Ponquogue Beach. Another bonus was that there are many restaraunts within walking distance to the house. We particularly liked The Inn Spot, but also enjoyed other restaraunts that were a short drive from the home such as Sundays on the Bay, Dockers in East Quogue, and a local favorite, Cowfish Grill. We also went Stand up Paddle boarding on Meschuit Beach, and Kayaking at Dockers in East Quogue. If you are looking for an affordable alternative that is closer to Manhattan than the other "Hamptons", this house is perfectly positioned for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Beautiful Home

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean and modern. It was fully stocked with everything that we could need or want. The sheets were so soft and the beds were so comfy. We loved going to the Station for burgers and walking over the bridge to get to the beach. The only issue we had was that the property manager told us the yard was fully fenced in for our dogs and it is not. I'm told the owners plan to rectify that in the Fall so might want to double check if you are bringing your dogs. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay and would go back again.

Perfect in every way!

Our stay at Norton and Tsehay’s house could not have been better and was just what we needed! Our family of three (two adults and one 9 year-old) and a whoodle were right at home in their very spacious, stylish, immaculately clean and comfortable home. The back yard was perfect for our dog, the kitchen was well-equipped for all of our cooking needs (which was a lot) and the beds were so comfortable. One floor living was just what I needed after having hip surgery a few months ago! The actual home far exceeded our expectations. Just a short walk to a private beach and a short drive over the bridge to the ocean was heavenly, even in the off season. King Kullen, nearby had all of our grocery needs and our daughter spent two days ice skating at the nearby outdoor (though covered) rink! As for me, my mother was nearby so being able to spend time with her in Southampton was truly what the doctor ordered. Norton was a superb host! He welcomed us with such warm hospitality and was in contact via text if we had any questions. He even let us check out as late as we needed to accommodate us. We hope to come back and visit again and are kicking ourselves for not staying longer. Our daughter was in tears because she didn’t want to leave! If you’re on the fence about renting, go for it!

We had a wonderful stay at your lovely home in Hampton Bays! Your home was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of five. We loved the beautiful and well- equipped kitchen, open floor plan, comfortable beds and great backyard for kids and pup to run around in. The location was perfect for exploring all of the Hamptons. We also loved being able to walk across the bridge to the beach and enjoy early morning biking on Dune Rd where traffic was light. Wonderful Vacation with family

Walking right out to the beach and the ocean from our “home” was perfect for both children and adults alike. The home came with all the necessary condiments including a grocery store around the corner. Demaro and Jeffrey attended to our every need. We could not have been happier. There were a few issues but they got resolved quickly. We would love to go back there anytime and would highly recommend it.

Beautiful!

We had a wedding weekend at the end of September and didn’t want to do a hotel. My son asked if we could do this house & I am so happy he asked. We great experience staying for the long weekend. The home is beautiful! The beds are very comfortable. My husband got up every morning and walked the neighbor & down to the beach. It was cool to see the swans in the water at the beach. Owners were in touch well in advance of our arrival and made sure we were happy once we did get it. Highly recommended!

Fantastic spot for family.

Home was as stated in listing. Great family space, clean, quiet road, and close to everything. Close to rail, shopping, fishing, beaches. Spent a week with our three kids and two dogs. Ponquogue beach is a short 3 min drive away and a must see! Owner was incredibly helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

This property is close to everything...great restaurants, jet skiing, the ocean, shopping... although not directly on the water, this property is really close and priced perfectly. I will seek to stay there again.

Perfect family spot

The property was perfect for our family of 5 + a dog. Nice bedrooms and a great kitchen area which had everything you need and more. One beach just a minute away and another a perfect morning walk over the bridge. The house is located strategically close to other main attractions, resurants, supermarkets, Hamptons just 10 -15 min away with the car. The whole family enjoyed the stay and we´ll probably be back next year

modern, clean, and cozy

My husband and I stayed at this house for our weekend anniversary. We arrived late at night and was glad to arrive with the porch light on. We had a slight hiccup while entering the home however the owner was incredibly responsive and we were amazed when we first stepped inside. All the appliances are top notch and you can tell that the house has been renovated with every detail thought out. There is also a large yard for our pup to run in and just a few mins walk from the private beach. We have stayed at a few homes on LI but this particular one is top of our list. We will not hesitate to re-book this home in the near future!

We enjoyed this lovely home. The owners were very welcoming and always available to answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The area was perfect, walk down path the beach, accessible to stores, playground.

Beautiful new home, great location

Home was comfortable, nice kitchen, bathrooms and a plus- outdoor shower. Owners were very friendly and helpful- answered emails and phone for questions. Most of all loved the location- near beautiful beach and good restaurants!

Bright, open layout, great location

We had a great time during our stay at the house in Hampton Bays which has been newly renovated and is beautifully decorated. It is very well located; walking distance to the ocean and bay beaches and close to restaurants. Also, just a short drive to town for food shopping and an easy drive to South Hampton to the east or East Quogue to the west. The house itself is well laid out with a huge "great" room that combines the kitchen, dining and living room areas. The huge vaulted ceiling adds to the feeling of openness. All the kitchen appliances are brand new making cooking a pleasure. The two full bathrooms and one powder room are also newly renovated and beautifully done. There is also a convenient outdoor shower. While we used the kitchen inside a lot, we did use the Weber grill outside for some outdoor cooking. The bedrooms were comfortable, though the beds' box springs were oddly noisy(?) The owner was friendly and responsive to all of our questions. Overall we had a good experience there and recommend the house heartily.

The Home is Gorgeous and very inviting

This was a perfect relaxing Vacation for my family. We had the comforts of home with a touch of a luxury hotel. The home is immaculate and comfy. The mornings were spent on the porch of the backyard eating breakfast. We cooked and ate dinner as a Family every night. The Bay is just a short walk away and was good for a nice walk along the shore collecting seashells. We'll definitely be back. The owners are lovely to deal with.
