"The apartment was clean & comfortable.We were there when the weather was somewhat chilly (40 degrees F overnight) and the gas fireplace was able to heat the entire apartment, including the bedroom (a space heater was provided but not needed.) The kitchen was somewhat small (no oven) but enough equipment was provided to fix a simplemeal. "John, the owner of the property is very nice and communicative. The house is new and John is just finishing the new deck. It's not on the lake it's across the street but you can still see the lake. If he is able to cut down a couple of trees it would be an absolutely beautiful view. We only stayed 1 night because we were going back and forth to Watkins Glen International.
