"Cannot say enough wonderful things about this tiny house. We had clean towels, a kitchen,cleaning supplies, and we left a few logs of wood for the fire pit that we didn't use. If you like privacy,this was perfect. Its almost as if you are out in the woods even though you are right next to the main road."

"The house had a nice big spacious area for the family to gather with nicely kept rooms. The one bathroom is hard to coordinate with the adults, but we made it work. The house had plenty of kitchen tools, kids books, and toys which our toddler loved. Bugs were the only complaint, but I'm not sure how much anyone could really do for that when you're out in the country and near a lake. You open the door once and a good chunk of bugs get swooped into the house. Host was communicative and clearly...

"We were fortunate enough to secure this lovely Keuka Lake cottage for Father’s Day weekend. Despite missing 2 of our college age children, my husband, our son and dogs spent the weekend at “ Koby Keuka Cottage”. We couldn’t have had a better 48 hours. The cottage is clean, simple and a PERFECT location— lakeside! Access to a brand new dock and kayaks and paddleboards( though we didn’t water sport as golfing and wine tasting were our choices THIS time) we loved soaking in the lake. Morning coffee...
