Open concept kitchen, living & dinning room area. Fully stocked kitchen. Serene & Peaceful front porch. Custom walk-in his/her shower & vanity. Ceiling fans & SMART SAMSUNG TV'S in every room. Central AC & HEAT. On DEMAND water heater - never run out of HOT water! Parking can accommodate 4 cars. Additional parking available - consult with host.

This home was designed for the purpose of hosting a family with all the latest amenities. The Cottage is sure to impress you and your guest. The home is very inviting and its main purpose is to make you feel comfortable in your own custom built Cozy Country Cottage! Outdoor Patio area w/ fire pit, exterior patio set for additional seating. There's even a RAINBOW PLAY SET for the kids. 3 swings, slide, rock wall & a POOL too w/ sun loungers & adirondack chairs! Pool heater available ( additional charges apply ) Whole Home GENERAC GENERATOR {additional charges for generator apply}. We are pet friendly. Additional charges apply. 2 dogs max. Run your dog by us prior to booking. Thanks

The Cottage sits on three acres shared by the host. Gravel driveway is also shared. Proximity of each home is about 300 feet apart. Security cameras are on the host home and one ONLY is located on the tree above the Cottage driveway. THEIR ARE NO CAMERAS / RECORDING DEVICES INSIDE THE COTTAGE. We are pet friendly - see rules.

Another great stay

Alexis and Kim are great ! Our 2nd stay here ,their home is lovely quiet clean and the beds are very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. In town for our grandson’s high school graduation and the pool was a big hit . Thank you guys we will be back !

Highly recommend. The cottage was so well dec orated and had everything we needed for our long weekend. Beautiful inside and out - great gathering areas by pool and pool house. Host was easily available and made sure that we had everything we needed. Close to Abita Springs downtown with quaint restaurants, farmers market and grocery/deli. Be sure to eat at Abita Cafe!

Peaceful Weekend Noise Free Get Away

Super fabulous, modern, barndimimium style home. All the amenities, pool, patio, and allows my fury friends, and an excellent peaceful property nestled away from noise, yet not so far away you cannot enjoy the quaint town of Abita and or venture out to Nola!

Loved the rental! They had everything you could want. We were in town for a soccer tournament and didn’t get to spend a ton of time at the cottage. The pool was great, even though it was cold. After a long day in the heat a polar plunge was just what we needed. Will stay here again, even for a little staycation

The Coziest Cottage Ever

The home was a 10/10 in every way: It was beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you need including baby highchair, lots of games and toys, very clean, very well maintained, nice pool and playground too, very private and quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Worth every penny!!

Just Two "Complaints"

First, I am sad that I can only give this property a 10/10, I would rate it higher if I could! Second, although the pictures are good, they don't do this property justice - it is an exceptionally beautiful and well maintained property. Alexis was a super host, he maintained unobtrusive contact with us from beginning to end to insure all of out needs were met. The property is in the "country" but very convenient to everything you might want or need. I highly recommend this property and we look forward to staying at the Cozy Country Cottage again - it was just outstanding!

Country Cottage Stay

We had an amazing mini vacation at the Cottage. House, pool, and yard were incredible. Children loved the pool and we had a little bonfire in the fire pit and told stories! Abita Market on Sunday was also fun.

Perfect Weekend Getaway!!

We traveled in from Texas to celebrate my nieces high school graduation and couldn’t be more pleased with our stay at the Cozy Country Cottege! Our one complaint is that it wasn’t long enough. 😀 We are already planning a repeat stay! The cabin is perfectly located for a quick trip to NOLA to explore all that New Orleans offers. We are also avid mountain bikers and the cabin is perfect for a day of riding at Bogue Chitto State Park. If you prefer a staycation- the cabin is a quick drive away from the quaint town center of Abita Springs. We also enjoy pickleball and got to enjoy a fun evening of family fun at Pelican Park which has fantastic courts!! Thanks so much Alex and Kim for sharing your fantastic property with us!

Amazing PET FRIENDLY!! Cottage

This place was a perfect place to stay after my wedding in Mandeville! It was super clean and the decor is SO CUTE! I really really appreciated how they were pet friendly so that I could bring my pups with me and have peace of mind. The outdoor area is such a vibe and the owner is super friendly! My family and I will be staying here again in the future!!

This cozy cottage is so beautiful. We love staying here when we are in Louisiana. The hosts are on-site which is great and we had the pleasure of meeting them both. Very nice people and accommodating. The pool is a new addition and we just enjoyed ourselves outside by the pool as the weather was amazing. The cottage is clean and the kitchen has everything you need. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again in the future.
