Sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps two. Games in the cupboard. Piano may need tuning, but enjoy. Amenities include:

Note: There are 20 steps (with two spacious landings) up to the apartment, which is located above a 2 bay boat garage. The hallway to the first bedroom provides privacy, but there is no door. Outer walls slope under the eaves but allow comfortable passage in the hallway.

Late check-out/early check-in requests honored when possible. There is a nearby marina for renting boats and a public boat launch
