Sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im Zimmer war die Verdunkelung defekt und ich bekam sofort ein anderes Zimmer. Bei der Abreise hatte ich etwas vergessen. Das wurde mir nachgeschickt.

Good value for money
Beautiful building, Nice rooms, very good location near citycenter and the very nice Lake. Not much servise when arriving - eg no light in the kitchen and no responce when calling the number for service.

Die Aufenthalt war angenehm. Der Check-In unkompliziert und die Wohnung sauber. Die Abrechnung der Kurtaxe hat nicht geklappt (haben dann direkt mit der Kurbetriebsgesellschaft abgerechnet) und die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin schwierig, da man nach dem Check-In keine Antwort mehr bekam!
