"Excellent hotel and great staff, front desk staff are amazing and welcoming, everything needed for tourism is few steps/walk around, to and from airport transportation are acceptable and at the range similar to other companies. Again front staff are excellent, I highly recommend it and will be back for sure"

"The location is convenient to all the great sites in the Old City. The hotel is a boutique hotel, small but very quaint with a beautiful staircase wrapped around a glass elevator. The rooms are large and feature high ceilings with great air conditioning. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful. "

"Upon arrival we were upgraded to a lovely room with a balcony and sea view. Great location minutes from Sultanahmet mosque, Aya Sofia mosque, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and tram stops (Sultanahmet & Çemberlitaş). All the staff were very helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmet. "

"I was travelling with a family of four in the family room. While the room was a bit tight for four people and luggage, the staff service was outstanding. My husband needed to have his glasses fixed and the staff was able to expedite having it repaired. All 5 of our luggage was lost and the staff was helpful in calling the airlines on multiple occasions to retrieve them back. We had to have laundry done due to the lost luggage and the staff helped out with that as well. Breakfast was great...

"Enjoyed our stay, nice room just a bit on the small side. Deluxe Room comes with a large bed, two side tables, good view of the shops/cafes, large desk/stool and tv, small and large mirror, draw with safe lock, fridge and small wardrobe with a few shelves. Room had A/C unfortunately the minute you go out of the room the corridors/hallway are boiling hot. Although when you enter the property you feel the A/C. Breakfast was expensive 20 euros per person. We tried once but it wasn't wow....

"The hotel has a great location. It is very clean and staff is very helpful. We also used their shuttle from and to the airport (we paid for it). The rooftop where the breakfast is served is cozy and has an amazing view on Bosphorus. We will definitely stay here again. "
