The space
2 parking spots available in the driveway. Additional free parking available on the street, abide by the signs on the street directing which side to park on.

Laundry room/machines are available for use. It is located at the bottom of the basement stairs. This is a common space between the upstairs and the basement rental unit, so this space may or may not be in use when you are looking to use it.
Guest access
Use only front door, not side door as to respect the tenant in the basement. Gas fire pit available for use on back deck. Wood fire pit not available for use.
Other things to note
No loud noise after 9:00pm as it is a quiet neighbourhood and there is a tenant in the basement. Extra twin size trundle bed under the master bed. Extra linens found under the master bed. Extra towels found in linen closet upstairs. Vacuum found hanging on wall in laundry room. Cleaning supplies found in wall cabinet in basement stairs, under the kitchen sink and in the linen cabinet upstairs.
