This place is an absolute gem! The house was so spacious and filled with so much beautiful light. We loved the peaceful nature and the gorgeous pool with a view. The hosts were communicative and gracious, and we all loved our stay here!

The host was avaliable and friendly, the home had upgrades that did not take away from its wonderful long history. The large grounds offered spectaular views from sunrise to sunset. We are already planning our next stay!

This home was beautiful! There is plenty of parking, the kitchen was well stocked, and there is so much seating for relaxing and catching up with friends and family. The host was quick to respond with any questions we had during our stay. We will definitely be back.

We loved everything about this beautiful property! The host was very responsive, the house was beautiful and clean, the property had a beautiful view in every direction! Close to wineries, walking trails, grocery store. The kitchen was well equipped for us to cook comfortably. We loved watching the neighborhood horse grazing nearby. The pool and hot tub were both open (mid May) and very clean. Would highly recommend.

What a wonderful and lovely stay! The farmhouse is stunning, and it was so neat to see the 1790’s side of the house connected to the 1988 side of the house! The house is beautiful and the master bedroom bed was so comfortable. The pool was absolutely refreshing and the sunset views couldn’t be beat. Very peaceful and relaxing time in the calm mountain countryside. If you are coming to the area for wine tasting, and want to drink wine at the house, just remember to bring your own wine glasses- the host does provide them, but they are made of plastic. :)

Very clean, kitchen fully equipped. Location is very private and well designed - photos match the property. The only real surprise was daybed room does not have a door and there was no propane (but we took our own). The nice surprise of the property basketball hoop for the kids (they loved it)! Overall, very happy with our stay.

Wonderful Stay

There aren't many short term rentals I have stayed at that have felt like home. This wonderful place feels like home. Beautiful decor, well stocked kitchen, and great views made for a great weekend! Will definitely be back!

Big thanks to our hosts for welcoming us to their beautiful home. We stayed for several days during the May heatwave & the home was very (cool...thands to central air) & comfortable. Not to mention, it was immbeccably clean & had an array of things to do (basketball, games, hot tub, a pool & plenty of areas to explore). It was well taken care of!It was great to stay at a home with every amenity, spacious & welcome guests on a property that was beautiful to behold. It was in the heart of Loudon County, close enough to Leesburg and other towns, yet, away from the hustle & bustle. It felt like home away from home. Look forward to returning. Our hosts were gracious & check in was beyond easy.

The property was great for a mom's trip. The serene surroundings (including a horse next door) set the tone for a weekend to unwind. We had plenty of beds, cozy common areas, and a fully equipped kitchen that allowed us to cook a great steak dinner one night. The hot tub was clean. We also enjoyed using the Alexa device to listen to music.

Relaxing Weekend Getaway

We stayed in Hamilton for a long weekend for my husband’s birthday. The location is convenient to get to surrounding areas but also private enough to feel like a vacation. The house is great and furnished nicely. Loved walking around the pond with our dog and saying hi to the nearby horse. Sunsets were beautiful over the pond. The house was very cold in some areas, but that was probably because we stayed on the coldest night of the year. Would love to stay during summer to use the pool.

Beautiful property, great location

Very nice house on wonderful, spacious property close to DC but feels like in the country. Listing has breakfast and playground as amenities, niether of which are accurate. Kids loved the adjustable basketball hoop. House could use a highchair for families staying with infants as we were. Kitchen well stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes and utensils.

This is a great location for Leesburg and surrounding areas. Close to highway, but remote so feels like a long way away. Great house with hot tun and pool, just need to take time to enjoy them.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The hosts were easily accessible, responsive, and quick to answer any questions, making the entire stay seamless and enjoyable.The property was peaceful, beautifully maintained, and had so many of the conveniences of home. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was thoughtfully provided. The pool and hot tub were wonderful amenities and made it easy to relax and unwind.I would highly recommend this property to family and friends and would happily stay here again. It was a truly enjoyable experience from start to finish.

As the mom of a child with a rare heart condition and compromised immune system, I am nitpicky clean. We loved being able to take our family here and not worry about any of that. It was amazing! The children loved the pool, basketball hoop, and hot tub. My husband and I loved how peaceful, calm, and relaxing the entire trip was. We were off to ourselves in a beautiful setting but had great restaurants and activities nearby.(Our most difficult problem was getting our children out the door to leave the house because they were having so much fun!). We had five children with us ranging in age from 4-19. They all agreed it was one of their favorite places they have been! Excellent!!
