  • Our house is so central and welcoming - it's in the middle of all Hamilton has to offer. A short drive to the hospital, Claudelands and Botanic Gardens it is perfect if you need to be in Hamilton for a longer stay. A great place to break your trip through the North Island.

    The style is relaxed but super comfortable with new beds and linen.

    Apple TV installed and available for your use.

    An easy walk to Garden Place for shopping, restaurants and bars. The lake is a 10 minute walk away.

    Ideal for the business traveler - walk to meetings and leave your car in our off street parking. Wi-fi is unlimited.

Cosy and close to town

Was a great place to stay if you want to visit some locations around Hamilton. We walked to the shops and was much better than dealing with carparking, and we visited Hamilton Zoo. Feels quite private and the back yard is fully fenced. The house was well equipped, except we couldn't find the dvd player (and I misssed having my air fryer but I could take my own next time). Hope we can come back again sometime! Thank you for the stay.

Meets Expectations.

Excellent house and location, attention to detail was obvious, all our needs were met. Parking instructions need to be strictly adhered to, driveway is shared and neighbour police's with photo evidence so park as close to the garage doors as you can. There is no air conditioning but many ceiling and proximity fans.

Super charming cosy cottage

The house is so charming and lovely. Meg was awesome and very responsive to any communication. The house was clean with very comfy beds. I was expecting (based on previous reviews) some drama with parking but it was not an issue at all. Just get as close to the garage as you can and you’ll be right. The house was close to several shops and grocery stores, as well as the main roads in and out of town. If we are in Hamilton again, I will check for Meg’s cottage, if she’ll have us again.

Lovely and clean home, with everything provided, just 1 small comment, re the beds. It was sqeaking, from the front room, bunk beds,not sure about back room. But if you can please tighten them, then all good. Thank you, will definitely stay again

Sweet spot

This is a sweet place in a friendly neighbourhood. It is within walking distance to Central Hamilton and sports complexes close by. Property manager was easy to contact and helpful with all parts of our stay.

Cute place for short stay

Property has been nicely renovated on the inside. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. House well supplied with everything we needed. Handy location close to town.

Perfect Kiwi Bungalow

I booked this Bach for our trip in Hamilton as we attended the Eng vs NZ cricket test match. The bungalow was in the perfect location for the cricket, only 5 mins walk. The bungalow itself had so much character but still felt modern and clean. The back garden is a sun trap (when the sun is out) and was the perfect location for a morning coffee. The double bedrooms are both large and the open plan kitchen diner was great. It is only a 20 min max walk into the town centre and the Good George Brewery in an old church is building is less than 10 mins away! Would definitely stay here again if we are in Hamilton.

Fantastic spot and best place we’ve stayed

We wanted a quick getaway from Auckland and this cute house provided everything we needed. Great central location, warm and cosy with all amenities provided. Wilson was also very happy with a doggie door and background to play in. Lovely spot and will enjoy coming back 😊
