An Elegant New-build Two-bedroom House in Hamilton Central

This house is located in Frankton. Many things are nearby, including rugby stadiums, cricket stadiums, Hamilton Garden, Water World, netball courts, Waikato Hospital, shops, river walks, and popular cafes. Tourists of all ages can enjoy this location, including couples, families, solo adventurers, and business travellers.
There is a safe, secure neighbourhood around the house. With its cosy and up-to-date environment, this house is perfect for corporate accommodation or for anyone who enjoys sports and events. Additionally, this house is ideal for commuters who commute to central Hamilton on a regular basis, and we provide treadmills so they can exercise and spend their days healthy.


The space
This newly constructed, stylish, self-contained 2-bedroom house was just released to our whanau. This house is designed to provide all the necessities, it includes, a treadmill for exercising, 60-inch TV with latest high speed Wi-Fi, local TV, Netflix and Disney+ for entertainment. While there are plenty of parking spaces at the front of the house as well as an internal access garage for car parking. There are 2 bedrooms in the house, the first with a queen size bed, and the second with 2 single beds and 1 trundle bed. The living room has an extra sofa. There are also other facilities such as a full kitchen and free tea and coffee. Furthermore, linen, towels and Face towels are provided. A number of other facilities are provided, including an oven, jug, toaster, dishwasher, microwave, toilet paper, dishes and cutlery, pots and pans, and utensils.

Cozy little spot

Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean all throughout and perfect for our group of 4. Great location as well, close to Hamilton Central so we didn't need to drive far to get places.

Our recent stay

We were happy with most things, but please have a firm word with your cleaner about keeping the bathroom area hygienically clean, checking the drains regularly. And for future reference, please leave a full carton of milk in the fridge instead of an almost empty carton. Everything else passed the test though, Thankyou Ash.

Hamilton

This home was very modern. Everything you needed was in the kitchen. The technology was easy to use. Street parking was easy. It would be ideal for 3 or 4 people. 5 people was a bit of a squash. One person ended up sleeping in the lounge room because the trundle in the second bedroom took up the remainder of the floor space and there were only 3 chairs at a tiny dining table. It was the a very warm home and the air conditioner struggled to keep the temperature down. Close to Hobbiton, Waitomo Caves and the Kiwi House.

Convenient place to rest in a quiet neighborhood

Nice, clean place on a pretty quiet residential street. Don't expect too much to do within walking distance but it's nice to stay in a clean place and rest between adventures

Lyon Stay

Fantastic property. Exceptionally clean with all necessary utensils and pieces necessary for the time we were there. Facetowels would have been nice addition though. Massage chair and treadmil were a treat. Would stay again.

Lovely place to stay

This was a great property; very clean - the kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. The massage chair was a huge bonus :) We have already booked for another stay and would definitely recommend it to others.

Comfortable and Convenient

Super easy stay thanks to the efficiency of the host. Very clean and tidy with comfortable lounge area, great little kitchen, a quiet street and lovely fresh bedclothes made for restful accommodation. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful clean and well equipped house!

Absolutely loved staying here, very handy to all amenities, excellent hosts and well equipped, spotlessly clean house. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit New Zealand!
