"The Citrus House offers a great location if you prefer a quiet environment away from the resorts. It's also spacipus, comfortable amd well-equipped - just what we needed after 10 days of fairly intense travelling (which is always wonderful, but exhausting!). We hired a car at superb rates from a provider recommended by the owner and found it very easy to explore the island from the base im Kalavarda. Comms was also exceptional. "

"Easy access to Gennadi by foot from the property for local shops, bars and restaurants. The property was clean and tidy with regular cleaning of villa, pool and garden. Attractive villa with plenty of shade, (especially relaxing on the veranda). The owner, Dimitri was very helpful on arrival, showing us around and explaining everything about the villa. "Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Der Pool war etwas kühl, aber das Meer herrlich. Top auch das Restaurantangebot im Ort und eine 5 Sterne .-Bäckerei! Wünsche/ Tipps: passende Müllbeutel, ein paar Spülmaschinentubs und etwas Waschmittel zur Verfügung stellen.... Poolservice und Betreuerin sind sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön!"

However. the drone photo showing the pool is misleading as the house show in that is not the house you will be staying in. There is no view of the pool from the house and the view from the balcony is blocked by a disused restaurant that is attached to the house. "This is a fantastic two-story three-bedroom duplex right on a private beach. It takes seconds to reach the sea from the house. The second half of the duplex was vacant while we were there, so we were completely alone on the property. The sea was warm and the sea views from the house are outstanding.
