Pineloch at Tower Lake has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 10 people.

Even though we highly recommend you explore the Orlando area during your stay, this house has literally everything you need - you might never leave during your stay!

The outdoor pool deck feels like your own private resort with a heated saltwater pool, spa, and plenty of shade or sun (depending on how hard you're working on your tan - but don't forget the SPF). With plenty of seating areas, you'll use this outdoor space from sunup to well after sundown.

​You'll also find all the other necessary outdoor amenities for the vacation of a lifetime - pool floats, a gas grill, etc.

​Not that you'll ever want to go inside, but if you do, you'll find a comfortably-appointed living room, two dining areas, a breakfast bar, private den with a work area and TV, a roomy kitchen with all major appliances and amenities, washer and dryer, two spacious primary suites, and many other upgrades.

While staying in this little piece of paradise, you'll be less than 30 minutes to Orlando attractions, 90 minutes to the beaches of either coast, 45 minutes to Orlando International Airport and 75 minutes to Tampa International Airport.

NOTES ON THE POOL AND HOT TUB

To turn on and off the hot tub, use the controls box in the lanai. It'll take approximately 45-60 min to heat up. Please turn off the hot tub when not in use. The spa will turn off automatically after several hours.

Do not attempt to adjust pool or hot tub settings at the main control box.

During cooler months, we will heat the pool to try to take the chill out. In the morning or during cold snaps, the pool may not feel as warm because the air temperature is lower than usual for Florida. Give the pool time to heat up during the day. It is only heating when the pump is running (aka water is spilling over from the hot tub to the pool). The pump is set to run on a predetermined schedule. Please note that if you have the hot tub running, the pool will not heat during that time.
The pool should never feel “hot.” For a hot water experience, we recommend using the hot tub.
NOTE: If guests would like to heat the spa, there will be a nominal fee of $20/day during your stay. This is to help offset our increased energy prices.

There is a removable netted fence around the pool on the lanai. This is an added safety feature but should not replace proper supervision of any children, the elderly or any other weak swimmers. Never leave children unattended anywhere in the home, including outside, and never swim alone.

We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit. Non-Airbnb guests will be asked to pay a small damage waiver OR refundable deposit.

For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.
