There is plenty of accommodation to sleep from 2 to 10 people so it is ideal for 2 families to share and enjoy. It is also perfect for 1 family to spread out and relax in comfort!

Great care and attention has been paid to the choice of furnishings and décor to offer you the very highest standards and comforts home from home.

The two superb spacious master bedrooms each include: door opening directly to pool area, king size beds, Smart HD TVs, walk in wardrobes, twin vanity units, and en-suite bathrooms.

The roomy well designed lounge is large enough to accommodate two good-sized sofas and single chair. There is also a den room with a further queen sleeper sofa, this feature enables the villa to sleep 10 people comfortably.

A superb gas heated pool with built in spa, extended pool deck and upgraded furniture is the height of luxury, allowing you to chill out and relax and after a fun filled day at the parks or golfing. The whole pool is fully screened and has a beautiful view over a large retention pond. The pool gets sun all day with beautiful sunsets. To cap it all, there is a covered furnished lanai (patio) area and with its own ceiling fan - unadulterated luxury to complement the perfect holiday. (please note/ pool & spa heating is an optional extra)

There is a games room including a full size pool table and air hockey table and loads of pool toys.

The fully fitted kitchen includes fridge freezer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all necessary appliances, cutlery, plates etc. There is a laundry room with full size washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner.

The Den contains a 42" TV and with large selection of DVDs, board games and books and a PlayStation 2 with games.

Computer station is also situated in the Den: with desk top computer, printer and screen. Ideal for keeping in touch with work whilst on vacation if needed

The villa is air-conditioned throughout with additional ceiling fans in lounge and all bedrooms.

There is a safe provided so you can store your passports, airline tickets etc. A complimentary stroller, high chair and cot is provided.

There is a friendly and local property management company on call to answer questions or offer assistance.

Beautiful, clean and stress free

We had a fantastic 10 day stay here. Communication was excellent, when we had a minor issue when we first arrived the property manager was straight away calling and helping us resolve the issue even on a Sunday! The house was clean, and had everything to help you have a pleasant stay. The pool was lovely, the only thing needed is an updated skimming net to get the bugs out of the pool, as the one on the property is old and has huge holes. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. We rent a villa every year in Florida and this villa by far was one of the best experiences we have had. We will definitely rent again!

Wonderful stay

This place was great! It felt secure, and in an easy to access location. There were a lot of smaller things provided such as beach towels, water toys and some small cleaning supplies. Close to shopping and I 4.

In town for a tradeshow in Lakeland. Great place to relax after a long hot day. Paid for heat in the pool and hot tub which helped end each day. Couple of small hiccups but quickly fixed. Second time staying and if in the area again will stay again.

Great property. Great communication with the host, particularly as we went through hurricane Milton during our stay. Property was spotlessly clean and very well presented. The hot tub was amazing, it really was like dipping into a hot bath. Great location and will definitely look to stay here again. 10 out of 10 from us!

Wonderful Home

Spent 9 days relaxing and enjoying the home. Close to 27 with Publix, Walmart and Posner Shopping Centre. Had an issue with fridge/freezer and response from Management Team was exceptional and resulted in a new fridge/freezer being delivered. Beds are comfortable (on the soft side) however the 2nd main fitted sheet kept sliding off with movement during the night due to mattress protectir being a water proof type. Lanai was fantastic. Lots of seating options however if your party is bigger than 4 you will struggle to eat outside. Pool was refreshingand received sun from 10ish onwards. Setting sun does mean Lanai is in full sun for 2-3 hours late afternoon until Sunset. Basics provided like all VRBO'S to start you off. 3rd bathroom showerhead literally totally blocked so new one needed. House is very clean, comes equiped with more than you needto cook your own meals. Gated Security estate, very quiet with lovely open area at back of house. Pool very private. Grill needs updating. Very rusted and we didnt use it for that reason. A very comfortable home that met our requirements and we were allowed later check out which was greatly appreciated. Managementwam waexceptional.

Florida stay

Great location for going to Disney (we didn’t). The house sits between two other houses and the pools are only separated by some thin hedges. The view from the pool at sunset is beautiful. Definitely recommend getting the heating for the pool and hot tub. On a 102 degree day the heated pool still felt great.

Fantastic rental

We had a great time staying at this villa. The pool was the perfect size for our small family. The villa was very well equipped with pretty much anything that you would need for your stay. Communication from the owners was absolutely phenomenal.

Wonderful experience!

We stayed 7 1/2 weeks at the house, which was as described in the listing. That's always a relief! It was clean and had lots of towels for inside and by the pool. We loved the privacy of the pool area, and the access right from the master bedrooms. Becky from the management company deserves 10 stars! She responded immediately by phone or text and any minor issues we had were addressed quickly and politely. The traffic on Hwy 27 is heavy, but we just added time to get places, and it was very handy having Winn Dixie and Walmart nearby, and La Fiesta Mexicana restaurant was also close and delicious! We would not hesitate to stay there again! Thanks John!

Nice and comfortable

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at your Villa and it was as described. It was very clean upon arrival. Minor issue with internet/wifi which the property manager Becky helped resolve the issue very quickly. We enjoyed the pool and spa. We would definitely stay again if we have the opportunity.

Family Vacation

Very clean, spacious, and great pool area. Spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub. Location is close to many grocery stores and restaurants. The owner and management company were very helpful. We would recommend this property to others, you will not be disappointed.

Beautiful property, lovely stay

We loved our stay at this property. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Pool area was lovely, and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa. We stay in this area at least once a year and would recommend this home to anyone visiting Haines City. Be aware that there isn’t an easy way to enter or exit the spa. It was built without steps to walk in, although there is a rail. If you have more limited mobility, this could present difficulties. We requested that the pool and spa were heated. The spa came up to temperature quickly when we were getting ready to use it. The owner provided plenty of towels for the pool and the bathrooms. Furniture was comfortable and there was plenty of seating for our group. The 2 king rooms with en suite bathrooms were on opposite sides of the house, giving some extra privacy, plus each had direct access to the pool area. The house could use some minor items addressed, but none was sufficient to affect our stay. All the pillows need to be replaced, so bring your own if possible. Shower heads need replacing and spray water all over. Cabinets in baths and kitchen are missing knobs, so you have to pry them open. The neighborhood was quiet despite being relatively close to a busy main street. This house is not far from the theme parks, although busy rush hour traffic, accidents and construction can easily double your drive time. Pay attention to map apps when routing your drive and allow extra time to get to the theme park areas.

The property was nice, the poperty management were very responsive, i suggest calling over email as they were quicker to respond that way, the owner was very helpful during the booking process! It's located very close to walmart, and also in the vicinity has a Publix, Ross and a discount souviner store which all came in handy to us!

Great home away from home

We booked the property for our trip to Legoland and Peppa pig and overall we had a great experience. We were 2 families with 3 kids and particularly appreciated the care the host took in providing everything the kids needed like highchair, pack and play and there was even a stroller. Oh and let's not forget the stuffies in their bedrooms which were lots of fun to play with. And the fun room where again the kids had a great time. House was very clean and in proximity of nice restaurants and Publix 10 min away. Thank you John for making us feel at home!
