**Read Before Booking This Property**



Please note – In order to book with us there is a 25 years of age minimum requirement & the person booking the villa must be present during the entire stay. This rule is strictly enforced and a Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

24-hour check-in available. Contactless check-in and check-out.



Supplies: We do provide a starter kit for the home which includes - Dish soap, 2 trash bags, dish detergent tablet, paper towels, and bath essentials. However, please be prepared to bring any additional supplies that you may need. We only provide single items to get your stay started.



No Smoking of any kind is permitted in the property: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $250.00 penalty fee.



Not Pet Friendly Policy: **This property is NOT pet friendly. Please note: if we find an unauthorized pet in the home, we will ask for it to be removed immediately and charge an additional, Non-Refundable fee of $500.



Pool Heat: Pool Heat is available for an additional fee of $25.00 per day, plus tax, and there is a 4-day (consecutive) minimum. It is recommended that pool heat be ordered in advance (prior to arrival).

Please Note.....Once the pool heater is turned on, it can take up to 2 days for the water to reach the set temperature of 86 degrees. This could vary depending on the weather, as the colder it is outside the longer it will take for the water to warm up. Rain can also affect the water temperature and the time it takes for the water to warm up. The pool heater runs on a timer with the pool pump; it will run from 9am to 6pm. Even at maximum temperature, the pool will not feel like warm bath water. There are no refunds for pool heat due to weather. We will only issue a refund if it is confirmed by a technician that the heater is broken or malfunctioning.
