"The stable was much bigger than the photos show & was veer clean & spacious with everything to hand. The owners Jan & Nick have thought of everything. The garden & woods are lovely, we were lucky to be there with the bluebells in full bloom. Enjoyed seeing all the animals including horses, rabbits, squirrels & lots of different birds. The stars are amazing when the night sky is clear. Lots of places to visit, we went to Rye, Hastings, Canterbury & Bodiam Castle."

"We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea."

"Das Cottage liegt mitten in einem Naturschutzgebiet an den Klippen und hat einen hübschen Garten mit Grillplatz und Sitzecke Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, natürlich handelt es sich um ein sehr altes Haus und keinen Neubau. Die Wandermöglichkeiten sind super und in der Umgebung gibt es wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gute Gastronomie. Zu beachten: zum Kanal hin steht in der Nähe eine Radarstation, die leichte Geräusche verursacht, das hört man aber nur außerhalb des Hauses. Uns hat es nicht gestört....

"Directions to property were easy to follow. Eugene made himself known to.us ensuring we had everything we required. House was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. My 6 ft 4 sons found the low bedroom ceilings challenging. However we were aware of this before we rented the property. Would not hesitate to recommend for a peaceful retreat. Beautiful sussex countryside."

The hot tub was amazing and secluded heating is excellent and Tv with Netflix and prime a few games like scrabble etc to play . "The check-in was super uncomplicated and Maria provided a very thorough explanation of the property. She was contactable by phone at all times. The location of the property is great, the property itself is a great old house with plenty of space and some nice extras (i.e. Tennis court and Hot Tub, both in good condition).
