Guests have exclusive use of the entire studio, including the sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchenette. You can come and go independently at any hour using the building entrance and the apartment’s private door. The common areas of the building (entrance hall, elevator, and stairs) are shared with other residents, so guests are kindly asked to respect quiet hours and keep these spaces clean.

The apartment sits in young, vibrant Downtown Haifa, an area that has transformed from an old port and industrial zone into a lively district full of cafés, restaurants, and bars. Within a few minutes’ walk you can enjoy local food, craft beer, live music, and the busy Turkish Market alleys, which concentrate many of the city’s nightlife spots
