The apartment has an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the "Madatech" Science Museum, and also 10 minutes walk from "Massada Street" with many cafes, pubs, restaurants, art galleries, stores and groceries which are open 24 hours a day.
The renewed downtown area, Wadi Nisnas neighbourhood and the big Saturday flea market are all within 5- 10 minutes' walk.
The Bahai’ Gardens' lower entrance and the German Colony are just 10 - 15 minutes' walk from the apartments.

We have 3 vacation apartments in the building. All of theme on the first floor.
Near the apartments you will find the "Carmelit" (subway train), a bus stop across the street. Within 2 minutes' walk tthere is the beautiful Memorial Garden with an amazing view of the Haifa bay and a new children's play ground (see photo above). Herzl street is within a few minutes' walk and there you can find a supermarket, many stores, coffee shops, street food, exchange and ATM, etc.

Hadar apartment – A newly renovated, beautiful and modern 2br apartment with spacious comfortable living room, a sunlight balcony with sea view and two toilets. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1 living room: Room 1: double bed, Room 2: two single beds that can be joined into a double bed, Living room: a sofa that can open into a double bed, and a work area with a table. One Baby crib can be added in advance, free of charge for a child up to 2 years old.
The apartment is appropriate for maximum 6 guests.
