    Spread across two levels and complete with complimentary unlimited WiFi, Rosemary Cottage comfortably accommodates families and groups. The home's three bedrooms each enjoy access to sunny private decks, creating peaceful spaces to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind with a good book after a day of exploring.

    The spacious lawn provides plenty of room for a game of backyard cricket, while a selection of board games and a well-stocked bookshelf ensure entertainment for all ages. Bring the boat along too, with convenient onsite parking making it easy to enjoy days out on the water.

    When you're ready to venture out, local shops, cafés, and tennis courts are only a two-minute walk away. Spend your days discovering the stunning coastline, kayaking to Cathedral Cove, digging your own hot pool at Hot Water Beach, or exploring the beautiful bays and walking tracks throughout the Mercury Bay region.

Fantastic weekend at Rosemary cottage

Great location and so close to the beach and shops. Great for large groups as it sleeps 9 comfortably and there is a spare double mattress for an extra 2. There were 9 of us and we had a fantastic weekend.

Price not reflecting the quality of the stay!

We have stayed here over the years with happy memories. Unfortunately the furniture has deteriorated that one can hardly sit on the lounge suite, the matrasses are uncomfortable. The front door lock must be broken because the key only worked on back door which made it uncomfortable in the rain!The place needs a reno to justify the amount we paid

Very comfortable house in great location close to beach and shops. Very sunny. Good selection of games and books. Very enjoyable stay.

Was in a perfect position for what we needed and had good space etc. So on the whole the place was good / satisfactory. Was a little untidy though so could have done with a good clean inside beforehand. Grass was long and bins needed emptying also.

Nice large property in a great location, ideally situated near the pub and store, and a few minutes walk from the beach. Lack of wifi may be an issue for some but we enjoyed being 'off the grid' for a while.

5 minute walk to the beach. There was lots of room in the house! Also spades to to use at hot water beach and push bikes in the garage.
