"Very quiet corner of Bartlett. Excellent staff, rooms were excellent. Kids loved the pool, I loved the outdoor fire pit. Lots of board games in the common room for the whole family, and the coffee bar was well stocked. We will definitely be staying here again."

"When we checked in the property had just experienced a water main break. Staff is plate and let us know the situation and water was back up and running by the time we return from dinner. The hotel was nice and lots of things to do. More than the nights we stayed. There was a severe thunderstorm that rolled through so we spent our time in the lobby playing games. Will be coming back to stay at this end in the future"

"First of all , there was no one at the front desk when we arrived . Supposed to call a telephone number , the phone was left at the front desk , so no one heard it ring . Had to open the door to the office and yell to the back room . Needed to get a water from vending machine , couldn’t get the machine to take change . Then , here’s were it really went down hill , took a shower the next morning . Took a towel off of the rack above the toilet , very big muddy foot print on the “clean “ towel ....

"This was our first trip to Storyland with our children (4 and 1). The Inn and More was the perfect place for us. The room was super clean, the pool was pristine, and the playgrounds and river access were perfect for the kids. We ordered takeout and ate dinners on the picnic tables by the playground which was very convenient. There was a pack n play with sheets and an extra blanket ready for us in the room when we arrived. The lounge was fully stocked with snacks and games for the whole family....

"The staff were very kind and helpful The pool and hot tub was nice. One of the hot tubs and the sona was out of order. The diner in the property only works for breakfast/brunch. The arcade machines were old, not card usable. The room was spacious and beds are comfortable and clean. The room was damp though and it smelled. One of the bed lights had no lamp. Outside the hotel looks amazing and very peaceful. Our view on the first floor was partial. All and all, it didn't worth the money."

"It's a beautiful old hotel in a park like setting. The restaurant was overpriced for what was served. No fridge or coffee maker in the room, Loud, poorly managed dogs and children took away from the peaceful, relaxing atmosphere."

"Lovely property, very quiet. Only reason I couldn’t give a 5 star was due to the beds. They have seen better days. Overall great stay - delicious breakfast!"
