"Warm welcome with numerous offers of tea and biscuits. Lovely comfortable room with everything we needed, plus an array of books and magazines. Our breakfast was probably one of the best we've had at a b&b - choice, quality and presentation was excellent. We also had the best view onto the garden, watching wild birds feed, and farm animals stretching their legs and voices! The host gave us fabulous recommendations for our evening meal which did not disappoint."

"We were allocated the Shropshire suite, which is plain with no designer features, but has an en-suite, and is accessed from outside. It's a 300 year old inn, so if you expect a BnB type experience rather than a hotel, you won't be disappointed. The breakfast was really good. The skylight needs a blind as the early morning light wakes you up at dawn. The fan in the en-suite also didn't work, perhaps explaining the black mould in the shower tiling. "We stayed in Executive Super King room. We had a very spacious comfortble bed, sofa, tea/coffee making facilities. Separate shower/toilet with toiletries. I did not notice if there was a safe in the room. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was perfect and lovely presentation. We had to fill a Form for breakfast the night before which is fine as there would be no food wastage. My only concern was they held £50 which did not clear my account until after 4 day.
