"Location was great. Subway was close. Quiet location and room. Kitchenette was great. Laundry facilities were a bonus. Room is getting a bit old and was a little musty but was clean and comfortable."

"Almost like a cabin/mobile home accommodation. It was very clean and modern. We had no issues checking in. Although it is a short walk to the nearest station and only 2 stops to shinjuku it felt far out of the city, and it was in a very residential area. Additionally, the walls are like paper and you could hear other guests in the early hours of the morning. For the same price there is better accommodation located closer to the city. "Overall, everything was excellent: the room was very clean, and the location was very convenient. We truly appreciated these aspects.
However, I found the mattress to be too soft, which made it less comfortable for me. In addition, during my 11‑night stay, I noticed that cleaning service required an extra charge. I feel that it would be better if cleaning could be provided at least once or twice during a longer stay without additional cost."

"I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there.
