"It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!"

"The hotel and room was beautiful. However, the food was not up to the standard of Vietnamese or Western cuisine. It lacked the correct taste/seasoning. For an area such as Ha Long bay where the food options are not plentiful like Hanoi, the hotel must improve their overall food experience. "

"We had a very nice room looking straight to the bay (which was amazing), hotel was new, but they dont really have a place for kids apart from an indoor pool. Although all the staffs were trying to be helpful, I dont think they have enough staff. Hotel is also a bit far from beach"

"Our group of 7 had a wonderful night on Erina Cruise. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff are very attentive and we enjoyed the activities offered. The pool is quite shallow but it was good for sitting in and our 4 year old loved it. Plenty of food options at each meal so there was something for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend."

"Excellent upmarket hotel, modern and sleek equipped with good amenities, located on top of steep road making it not ideal to walk around though, well presented reception staff but somewhat disorganised at the check-in hence in need of some improvement, all amenities very good, breakfast is a delightful buffet serving wide ranging menus appealing to every palate. "This is a nice hotel, clean and well staffed in proximity of the city center. However the beautiful indoor unheated pool’s water can be somewhat cold at times and the gym’s fitness instruments or machines could be improved. The restaurant is quite adequate as well but the food preparation and service needs a bit of fine tuning. Besides that overall good hotel with a great stay and friendly staff. "
