"Clean room, newer 3 star hotel, but in the middle of nowhere "

"Nice hotel, nice room, but in the middle of nowhere and no one speaking english (even if it was written so) I took this room to take the ferry to Co To Island, but after many struggles, I finally understood that this was the old port and now the ferry is 5km further"

"Pros: - There are 3 pools, 2 outdoors and 1 indoor, so it can accommodate lots of people - Beachfront - There are 2 restaurants, the foods were both okay, lots of options - Rooms are spacious and moderately clean. Public space was cleaned very often so it’s not slippery after guests coming in from the beach and pools Cons: - Bathroom was moldy - Pools water was cold eventhough the hotel advertise them as all season pools, including the indoor pool - Front Desk definitely needs more training. ...

"Capella cruise absolutely exceeded our expectation. We stayed in a family suite and the room was wonderful and spacious with unbelievable views from the balcony and windows. The food was fantastic and the itinerary was well put together. Kids had so much fun swimming. The time flew by. Would definitely recommend this cruise. Thank you to all the staff and the surprise birthday celebration that was done for our eldest child. "
