360 Estates welcomes you to Malta by offering this amazing apartment in central Malta.

When entering this amazing apartment our guests are treated with a comfortable living area with a comfortable SOFA and a TV unit. The apartment also boost 3 wonderful clean, and airy bedrooms with ACS and very comfortable beds.

Moreover, everything is within walking distance from the apartment which is perfect for both long and short term rentals.

Did we mention the amazing WIFI and 2 private BALCONIES ?

WIFI and Air-conditioning.

Kitchen| Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, cutlery and anything our guests will require to prepare the most fantastic meal ever!

Living area| Comfortable sofa, with a TV and a dining table for all the guests to live in comfort. Also accessible from the living area and 2 balconies for the private access of the guests renting the apartment.

Also included in the living area is a dining table which easily fits 6 people.

Bedrooms| 3 Full bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and the last room with 1 single bed.

Linens| All our guests are provided with linens and two sets of towels. We are big fans of a good night so all the linens we provide is of the highest of quality.

Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms, one is accessible from the living space and the other is an ensuite.

Lift available in the common parts.

Please note: Over and above 5 people, a folding bed is provided with linens and towels.

24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

It is important to have Access to Airbnb messaging system, general issues best is to ask from there as it is where we can help you as fast as you deserve.

All bars, convenience stores and supermarkets are all at a walking distance from the apartment making it very easy to make your stay in Malta that much better.

The bus stop is at a walking distance from the apartment which makes it easy and cheap to travel. We also offer 24/7 taxi rides through the airbnb app message.

Very important notes before booking:

1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro)

2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such.

3. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common)

4. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning.

5. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand.

6. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us.

7. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights)

- Shower gels
- Liquid Soap
- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage
- Garbage bags
- Linens for the bed
- 2 Towels per person

8. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking.

9. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.
Hot Water:

General a red pole switch is available before entering the bathroom, this has to be left on at all times so you can have the heated water you deserve at your disposal !

Wifi:

Wifi is included in the price and always available in the apartment - Wifi boxes have the password, if changed you will see a notification in the welcome pack or you can always ask your checkin guide to make it that much easier !

Waste Schedule:

Locally we have rigorous waste schedules, waste have to go out within the time frame of the schedule or heavy fines will be made from the government - Please make sure you know the schedule before putting the things out, if not you may always ask us and will will give it to you. Note: Schedules are generally within the apartment.

AC:

Please make sure the AC remotes are set on the Cool/Warm depending what you wish for many times you can change the mode by mistake if this happens generally you will not have the desired result from the AC.
