  • Welcome to Malta travellers! Do you wish to make the best out of the island while enjoying super comfort ?

    Our stunning apartment is situated right in the heart of Gzira with beautiful breathtaking views, with all the amenities at a walking distance.

    Upon entering our guests are welcomed with a large living area with sofa and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area fit for all.

    Our home also has 2 large bedrooms, with super comfy bed.

    High-speed wifi & AC accessible throughout.

    The property is very close to all necessary amenities including supermarket, pharmacies and also main bus station.

    Ensuring seamless connectivity is important to us. That`s why our apartment is fully equipped with both air-conditioning and high-speed WiFi to keep you connected throughout your stay.

    Living Spaces | Step into a dedicated living area, complete with comfy seating and a Smart TV for relaxation. Additionally, enjoy the convenience of a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals in the comfort of your home-away-from-home.

    Private Balcony | The beauty of this place is that it is right in front of the shore so you will experience the breathtaking views that the island has to offer !

    Kitchen | Enjoy the use of our fully equipped kitchen, boasting all necessary utensils, an oven, and an electric hob for preparing delightful meals. Whether it`s a short or long-term stay, our kitchen has everything you need.

    Bedroom | 2 Bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a double bed while the other bedroom features 2 single beds.

    Bathroom | Both bathrooms are an en-suite, one features a shower while the other has a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet which is accessible from the living area.

    Rest assured, the entire apartment is outfitted with air-conditioning and WiFi, ensuring your comfort and connectivity.

    At 360 Estates, we prioritise your sleep quality, providing high-quality linens and two towels per person for a rejuvenating stay.

    24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment.

    The apartment is centrally located in the centre of Gzira. Everything such as convenience shops, coffee shops even restaurants are at a walking distance.

    Perfect and central place to be at, Sliema is always very close at around 5 minutes by walk, from which the ferry to Valetta can be taken.

    Also within 5 minutes, guests can reach the university of Malta and also the primary Maltese hospital (MATER DEI)

    The apartment is situated in the heart of Gzira making it perfect especially for guests who want to travel by bus. The bus stop is just a few minutes from the apartment. You can check `Malta Public Transport` website and check which routes and timetable you require. Tickets can be bought from the driver.

    We also suggest you make use of the Ferries as you can enjoy the views and have a break from the busy roads. (you can catch ferries in Sliema which is a town very close to Gzira).

    If you prefer to travel by taxi, you can book via app, most popular taxis in Malta include : `Bolt`, `e-cabs` , `uber`.

    For those who decided to rent a car during their stay, free parking is available everywhere but it can be a bit tricky and you might have to park a bit further away from the apartment.

    Very important notes before booking:

    1. We have STRICT noise policies, therefore when booking, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours and the common areas. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines and immediate vacation of the property.

    2. During the lovely summer season, although we do sanitise, some ants and cockroaches are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed.

    3. Early check-in and late check-outs are subject to availability of the day however we truly appreciate if check-in and check-out times are always respected.

    4. Self check-ins is provided and details and instructions are to be sent 24 hours prior check-in date.

    5. Waste schedules are shown in the check-in guide, putting the waste at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, local fines may apply. Kindly note that streets are constantly monitored.

    6. What is included in the apartment.

    - Shower gel
    - Plate liquid soap
    - Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)
    - Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage.
    - Garbage bags
    - Linens for the bed
    - 2 Towels per person

    7. No additional guests who are not part of the booking are allowed to sleep at any time on the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book. If you will be having any other guests it is important to get permission first, a nightly fee could be charged for the extra guest.

    8. NO PETS ALLOWED.

    9. Smoking inside the property is not permitted and any smoke detectors found removed will be charged accordingly.

    10. Any damages or missing items will be charged directly to the guest/s.
